Last Friday, Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan (R-Wi) delivered his remarks at Values Voter Summit 2012.

“What we do not see is steady, consistent American leadership.   In the days ahead – and in the years ahead – American foreign policy  needs moral clarity and firmness of purpose.”

Moral clarity – to the media= bigotry, and lack of nuance and gravitas (yep, time to get out ye olde Funk & Wagnels).

I was hoping to hear some values spoken about. Since they got the upper hand on foreign policy, that will be what they run on. Then when nothing beneficial happens on the real values fronts in their time in office, we will just be told, you voted for foreign policy, so shut up and enjoy what you got.
