What is this nitwit is teaching at Harvard that is worth any part of a $100,000 debt? From the list of Harvard law professors that have been in the news lately, I’m thinking Harvard law degree’s value is mostly puff and reputation.

I agree with the conclusion – but not for the same reasons. In the full article or video, he talks about Obama not fulfilling the “progessive agenda” well enough.
