Sharron Angle Is Way Too Honest To Be A Senator

posted at 1:07 pm on August 3, 2010 by

Sharron Angle admitted that she tries to manage press relations to receive favorable coverage, which is what every candidate tries to do.

Outrage! Shock! How Dare She!

And not just from the usual suspects.

I say:

How refreshing! Truth! More please!

Now Harry Reid would never make such a mistake. He’s too much the politician to tell the truth about his media strategy, such as why he is ducking and running from a debate with Angle (he’s “too busy” for several months).

I like your take on this issue, FWIW.

Yes, she should be more professional in what she says/how she says it.

But really… don’t all politicians seek questions that feed their talking points? Or shoehorn them in anyway?

Saw this at NRO’s Corner. Carl Cameron is Fox’s zoo keeper in charge of RINOs. They want Angle to fail. Rubio is in the same boat because he makes the RINO establishment look bad.

I have a feeling this Fall’s midterms are going to be a giant disappointment for the Tea Party. The current Republican Party would rather have Democrats to fight than Tea Party candidates in their midst.

Not one dime.

She just got a new spokesperson – ex-Guliani aide.

Hope he keeps her message the same while refining the delivery.

i. e., instead of saying, “It’s not my job as a Senator to bring jobs to Nevada”,

she should have said, “Harry Reid believes in using earmarks galore and influence peddling to pick winners and losers – I want to level the economic playing field with lower taxes and sensible regulations and let the free market pick winners and losers.”

“Oh, and by the way, Harry Reid cost Americans 300,000 jobs – all by himself:

Technically speaking, she was right – it is the job description of the Lt. Governor to bring jobs to Nevada, competing with other states and other countries.

Egads, her latest is that she blames Reid for the “Coked-up stimulus monkey”. Maybe she was trying to say “Cooked-up stimulus money”? I pray she doesn’t talk about going to all 57 states for a fund raiser. I sent her a $100 and I hope she uses it on a speech coach. I would vote for a dead person before I would vote for Reid. She should take a look at Roy Blunt’s new ad against Robin Carnahan. All it is is Obama at a fund raiser for her talking about how important her votes are for his agenda. Bingo! Roy doesn’t say a word except that he approves of this commercial.
