FITCHBURG, Mass.
“Holy crap!” I shouted Saturday evening when Da Tech Guy and I rolled up to Everett Square in Middleboro. We’d driven an hour and a half to attend this Scott Brown campaign event, but I’d hardly expected the massive crowd assembled outside the Flat Iron Cafe. At least 500 people showed up for this rally. Here are two video clips of Scott Brown’s speech to the crowd:

Will update later with photos and more, but I wanted y’all to see this video as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Da Tech Guy has his account of the Middleboro rally online.

UPDATE II: As promised, photos from the rally:

Folks in Middleboro love them some Scott Brown.

Uncle Sam wants YOU to vote for Scott Brown.

The candidate is surrounded by supporters, aides and reporters.

Like father, like son.

A brilliant line becomes a brilliant sign.

The Flat Iron Cafe was the site of Brown’s rally Saturday.

Da Tech Guy interviews Brown supporters. Note the distinctive Sicilian hand gesture.

An 85-year-old Navy veteran. If the Nazi submarines couldn’t sink him, he’s not afraid of a cigarette.

Outstanding work Mr. McCain. It’s a breath of fresh air to see “shoe leather reporting” from a blogger, as opposed to a certain unnamed blogger with a pony tail who does nothing but google his own name 50 times a day.
