Imagine the flight of medical professionals from the socialist states where they are being paid medicare level fees to free states. We could have a state with a doctor on every corner, no waiting lines and cutting edge care while the old, failed socialist states have their lines, rationing, obsolete care and vast bureaucracies...somehow I doubt Reid intends this...
