White House Disses Gays Because There’s Always More Room Under Obama’s Bus

Just when you think the downward spiral of madness that is the Obama Age can’t get any weirder, it does. Over the weekend, Obama’s two-faced treatment of the gay-rights crowd drew an indignant protest from Andrew Sullivan (!) and then NBC News reported that the White House responded by sneering at the “Internet left fringe.”

Both Another Black Conservative and Pundette see this as more evidence of the Obama admininstration’s thin-skinned intolerance of criticism. Obama & Co. got so used to the MSM’s undiluted praise and worship that, once people started noticing the Messiah can’t actually walk on water, Team Hope didn’t know how to react.

Yep… that’s what we’ve been saying all along. The media tried to label him as cool, calm, collected, but anyone that watched the primary debates and the early interviews could clearly see that when Obama was pressed on an issue, he got defensive, and sometimes lashed out.
His administration is incredibly thin-skinned, and it starts at the top.

I think the left assumed that The One was lying during the campaign. And that he really did support gay marriage and once in office he would do the right thing. Finding out otherwise has to be a big let down.

A lot like the Carter administration, really. Jody Powell, Ham Jordan and that whole good-ol’-boy crowd rolled into DC on a carpet of media love, ran into unexpected opposition and learned, to their eternal regret, how much the Washington press corps hates a whiny loser.

Well, I’m proud to say that I wasn’t alive during the Carter Adminamalaistration, but if you say so!

Ok here is the real question:
What Republican candidate is the Gay or gay supporting left willing to vote for in 2012 to teach this president a lesson if he doesn’t come through?
If they can’t name one they had better be resigned to the Kevin Bacon position.
