That’s not a defense, it’s a call to let the issue subside in lieu of more substantive criticism.

But, if you’d like to assume the role of conservative fashion police, by all means do so.

Even if how she dressed was inappropriate, which I don’t think it is, let it slide.

Obama creates straw men to make himself moderate by making other people look bad. He likes to be like a god, above the contending factions and judging them. He does this all the time. It’s habitual, and here he he’s just wandering down a rhetorical road familiar to him, thoughtlessly. He doesn’t need to have a specific enemy in mind.

There are so many substantial reasons to ding Obama that I think people should give him and his whole family a free pass on all the petty stuff like this. Even if how she dressed was inappropriate, which I don’t think it is, let it slide.

Small surprise, he doesn’t take his responsibilities seriously either.

It looks like Michelle Obama is in a festive, celebratory mood, doesn’t it? Marxists: happy, dressed-up to celebrate the deceased among the Capitalists.

I have noticed, though, no question about it, that the Left’s coming out in increased droves in increased desperation all over the internet; unfortunately for the Left, all they’re accomplishing is two things: (1.) affirming the rotten reality about Barack Obama {by the company surrounding him while his own words set their ‘standards’), and, (2.) affirming how debased the Left is (as if any more proof of that is necessary to seal the deal).

The same, tired, wan attack-words (entirely, consistently subjective and pejorative as also exceptionally prejudicial == the Left calling others “retards” and similar, whatever snot they can type in the moment) from the Left about everyone else, it never fails to start building in frequency when the Left is OBVIOUSLY under critical observation by American voters (as they are now).

Pitiably, the Left never realizes to what extent they create their own critically awful standards and how they continue to affirm that all over the internet. Even HuffPo is looking exceptionally desperate trying to ratioanlize utter failure by Obama and Democrats.

They can’t be this clueless. Notice the smirk. This is a stick in the eye of all of us.

Yes, exactly. Just like I wrote ^^ up there, my first comment up ^. She’s in a festive mood, “celebrating” the occasion of the death of an American soldier. And Barack is so eager to join with her.

It also bugs me that they’re holding hands.

You know why? Because they’re forming a block — as in, they’re individually insecure so they’re presenting a “block” or “group” and combined with the overall statement, the messages is they’re insecure among who they deem the opposition (or, “enemies” in their emotional, political world)…

And look at the context. They’re not there to honor the deceased American soldier, they’re there to oppose him (or her). “Oppose” as in, to make a bold statement of aggressive opposition.

It also bugs me that they’re holding hands. I guess there’d be nothing wrong with that at a party or a family outing, but that, plus MO’s outfit just screams “we’re the fashionable power couple, nyah nyah.” This event should not be a fashion photo op for the First Couple. Really gross.

I feel so bad for Sgt. Monti and his family.

I sincerely doubt the fact that it was ceremony for the posthumously awarded Medal of Honor never crossed her mind. She saw it as an opportunity to wear her new dress, show off her fab arms, and wear her dead kitten shoes.
