In both cases the people deserved to have their contract rescinded because of their failure to disclose pertinent information. In both cases if the states had regulations that did not allow the rescinding of the contract unless connected to the actual disease then there might have been justification to bring the cases up.....In both cases the people had acted dishonestly with the information provided to the insurance company....
