Socialism.  Marxism.  Communism.  Three poison peas in the same murderous philosophical pod.  The very mention of them evokes fear and dread in the hearts of American elderly, for they know… they saw, the deadly consequences….

This “shadow government” makes even more bone-chilling sense when you consider the trend lately of demonization of specific groups by Lord Obama, and the portrayal of every issue as an emergency.

Also consider the unprecedented spending and attempts to put even more downward pressure on our economy through cap and trade — actions that could conceiveably lead to an economic disaster and subsequent unrest. (Cloward-Piven, if you will.)

Not to fear, Lord Obama has a ready-made solution! Voila!

I too at first had hopes that the 10th may be a source of refuge in the face of looming tyranny. But the further I looked into it the more dismayed I became.

First a case would have have to overturn the 122yrs worth of precedence of the Interstate Commerce Clause. If Roe v Wade is commonly accepeted as law under Stare Decisis after only 36yrs, it would seem that the ICC after 122yrs is insurmountable. The 10th was further undermined when state legislatures voluntarily abrogated their “State’s Rights” when they moved elections of US Senators from the State House’s to the popular vote. Thereby Federalizing the offices.

The only plausible way to maybe turn the tide is if Texas (origially a independant republic as reflected in their constitution) declared succession.If, and only if, they somehow managed to pull this off before the Supremes, could possibly others follow suit. And even then fairly improbable.

Power begets power, and I cannot see how, if Obama gains re-election (fraudulently or not) in 2013, he will not have consolidated enough to rule as an authoritarain Fascist.

Even an uprising by force of arms may not be possible by that point.

They are accountable to nobody but Obama. Now you see the reasoning behind not appointing all of the positions requiring Congressional confirmation. It is quite obvious that he is transferring responsibility from the confirmed positions to his personal appointees.

This is great. The Republican administration following Obama will be able to do much more with less Congressional interference.

Yes. He’s making Congress irrelevant. If he gets away with it, then the results of the 2010 election won’t matter.

Congress is obviously too stupid to see what’s going on, or they’d be frightened, too.

He will keep them (or at least the Dem factions) complacent with plenty of pork and voter fraud and census fraud.

His problem could be the Tenth Amendment, if the states start challenging him. Then SCOTUS might be able to review executive orders.

Very strange, albeit repetitive, times.

I wish, as Daggett said, that congress would grow some. Do they not see that the people are opposed to this? Why would they not stand with us unless they, too, had similar ambitions of power? Unless they are being threatened…
