		<description>Well, Africa is a land rich in basic feed-stocks and has no organized means to rape and pillage the country for the commodities or transport them to a controlling marketer.  I think I can see this resolved with an investment in socialism and taxation without representation.  Wait a minute - wasn&#039;t the country like this 500 years ago when Africans were selling other Africans into the slave system?</description>
