What is a labyrinth?

A labyrinth is a maze that can be used for meditation purposes. But an ancient version was first known as a jail used by a king from the Greek myths. Icarus flew out of a labyrinth before he took his famous fall into the sea.

The sign maker didn’t have access to the news article prior to constructing his sign message. Had he know that “jail” thing he would have changed the definition – or sumthin.

There are “labyrinths” – where the “maze” is only on the floor. No walls, no obstructions to just walking across the labyrinth, but for those following the path it’s real.

There are also multiple-entrance/multiple-exit labrynths.

For Mad-town, neither would be all that surprising.

Eh… in America (sadly more and more on both sides of the political spectrum) words just don’t mean what they really do. Ya know. Things change. Stop being such a stickler… blah, blah, blah…
