The Ed Morrissey Show: Kerry Picket, Rob Bluey, John Randall

Today on The Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Kerry Picket of the Washington Times returns to TEMS for all the skinny on Capitol Hill and the elections. She’ll be calling from Nevada, where she’s covering the Reid/Angle Senate race (as well as the spread on the World Series). Later, we’ll get the final look at the Congressional races from the NRCC’s John Randall. Where has the NRCC focused in the final days? What races should be watching? Don’t miss a minute of it!

Update: My longtime friend Rob Bluey from Heritage Foundation will join us at the 30-minute mark. In 2006, Rob and I appeared on CNN’s Election Night show, and Rob kept contradicting my optimism … and he was right. Will he harsh my mellow today? Tune in and find out!

The Ed Morrissey Show and its dynamic chatroom can be seen on the permanent TEMS page — be sure to join us, and don’t forget to keep up with the debate on my Facebook page, too!

Also, Pepsi has its Refresh Everything “Good Idea” contest, in which people vote for the best ideas to see which get funding at the end of October. Winning one of the $50,000 grants would put us in excellent shape to continue our ministry to marriages. People can vote for TCME at the Refresh Everything page or right here in this widget, and can cast one vote each day from each computer to which voters have access:

We joke a lot about politics and voting, but in this case, the Chicago Way applies — vote early, vote often, and vote every day! If you don’t want to register for the contest, simply text “103165” to Pepsi (73774) from your cell phone every day.
