Joe Biden's Legacy: Ending the Vietnam War?

At least he didn't drool.

Drooling is so undignified, and Joe Biden is all about dignity.

In this clip from an EXCLUSIVE! interview of the president by Univision, Biden is not only wrong on every single point--does anybody actually believe in Biden's sterling integrity?--but also stuck in the 1970s, when he entered politics.

It is pretty normal for dementia patients to relive their past--visiting their golden age from their golden years--and the Vietnam war dominated the news during Biden's rise to power. Drifting back from the reality of 2024 to the 1970s should, I suppose, not be unexpected. Were Biden in a memory unit of a nursing home we all would smile indulgently and encourage him to think of times when Hunter was yet to become a degenerate crackhead.

As Democrats keep telling us that Joe Biden is fleeter than a cheetah, stronger than a bull, wiser than Confucius, and smarter than Einstein, Americans are confronted by a sad fact: the president has pudding for brains.

Admittedly, Joe Biden has always been an idiot and a liar, fit more to be a president of 2020s Harvard than President of the United States. But the decline from midwit to halfwit status is too obvious to ignore. The man is spent.

Were Biden not the president this would be a sad ending to the life of a blowhard who could, thankfully, do no more harm to America. We could look back on his life with deeply tinted rose-colored glasses and imagine he wasn't as bad as we remembered.

But the man is president. We can't look away. He is saving us from Vietnam. for God's sake. As awful as the Vietnam war was, today the country is where our shoes are made and is a tourist destination.

The conceit that Joe Biden is preventing wars, too, is laughable. Look around you; has world peace been the result of Biden's policies?

The RNC can pump out these videos all day, every day. Biden is not incapable of having coherent thoughts--it takes a long time for dementia to bring anybody to that point. But he is unable to do so for long and certainly not reliably. His mind wanders even more than his body does. Whether it is wandering around stages, shaking hands with Harvey the Rabbit, or falling asleep while holding meetings with foreign dignitaries, Biden is unsteady on his feet and just as unsteady in his thinking.

We keep waiting for the Democrats to drop Biden and replace him with a sentient human being, and that is conceivable. But it is harder than you would think. Joe has the stubborness of a dementia patient and Jill has the power lust that drives her to stay put no matter what.

Deposing a sitting president who wants to stay would be extremely difficult. Everybody knows Biden is in trouble, and that he is trouble for the Democrats. But so is the internal battle that would come from deposing him.

So we are left with a president and perhaps returning president who is fighting the Vietnam war, which seems about right for a late-stage empire. The Soviet Union had such leaders in the 1980s as it declined. It is a sign of political paralysis.

It's easy to joke about this, but the reality is deadly serious. Our economy is crumbling and the world is on fire, and it isn't global warming causing it.

This is one of the many reasons why I am supporting Trump despite his manifest flaws. He kept the world safe and allowed prosperity to expand.

Biden? He barely knows where he is, and the only war he has averted is one with Vietnam.
