What’s the worst job in Hell? Realtor. You’ve got this great looking house to sell, it’s got a big yard, all the latest swag, it’s in a good school district–but it’s in Hell. No, really. It’s in Hell.
HELL, Mich. — They’re planning a hot time in Hell on Tuesday. The day bears the date of 6-6-06, or abbreviated as 666 - a number that carries hellish significance. And there’s not a snowball’s chance in Hell that the day will go unnoticed in the unincorporated hamlet 60 miles west of Detroit.

Live entertainment and a costume contest are planned. The Gates of Hell should be installed at a children’s play area in time for the festivities.
“They’re 8 feet tall and 5 foot wide and each gate looks like flames, and when they’re closed, it’s a devil’s head,” Colone told The Detroit News for a Saturday story.
Maybe those were the Gates of Hell Tom Petty sang wouldn’t make him back down? Because I’m thinking he would back down if you stood him up at the real thing.
Anyway, Hell has a hideous website. Doesn’t everything?
Update: Christopher Hitchens drafts the most clear-eyed picture of hell I’ve seen yet.

Christopher Hitchens is a brilliant writer and one of the clearest minds on the war on terror and what freedom really means. He is a very curageous man. One doesn’t have to agree with every aspect of his philosphy in order to respect him. He has the courage to fight extremism from all quarters, domestic and foreign. He does it eloquently in debates and in his articles/books.
The Left thinks that loss of freedom is not winning an election. They are wimps compared to what he has done, seen and had the courage to do and to report on, especially in confronting stupidity. Obviously he doesn’t suffer fools.
This month he will become a U.S. citizen. We should welcome and support him wholeheartedly. Congratulations Christopher - you picked the only real home for you!

I love how silly people get with numbers.
I mean it is NOT 666 today. It is 6/6/06! There is at LEAST one “0″ in the date and conceivably three of them!
Besides, there is some dispute of the number of the beast even IS 666! Many feel that is a mistranslation of the numbers.
It’s JUST another day, folks!

VI/VI/VI sounds a lot less frightening.
As for hell, from what I hear the whole state of Michigan is pretty hellish, what with the high unenployment, high crime, high muslim population, miserably cold weather. I know several refugees from Michigan and they all hated it.
Of course, I’m sure there are some Michiganders who will disagree.

Sounds like a great day for an Iron Maiden concert. Too bad for them if they didn’t book it.

Hell is going to be very crowded, with so many libs and so many Islamic killers.Maybe then the libs will realize what we have been telling them for so long. That the terrorists want them dead too.
