Video: The USA Freedom Kids sing songs of President Trump’s greatness

posted at 7:21 pm on January 14, 2016 by Allahpundit

Something from Wednesday’s rally in Pensacola to get you warmed up for the big debate. If there was one thing missing from this primary, it was a Trump-nationalist version of the “mmm mmm mmm Barack Hussein Obama” video from 2009. Finally, that hole has been filled.

The girls are fine performers but what you’re watching for here is the lyrics. There’s no political event, I think, that can’t be made better by roping young children into singing, “Deal from strength or get crushed every time.”

What is happening here?

I remember in 2008 when people here were knocking some Obama supporters for having kids sing songs. Ahhh…seems like just yesterday…

Thank God Obola opened up this new medium for us.

Although he did borrow heavily from the artistic flair of Kim Jong-Il

Big difference, these kids aren’t singing about how Trump is going the save the world. Both cheesy.

Cindy Munford on January 14, 2016 at 8:43 PM

And they aren’t doing it under the direction of the government, i.e. a public school teacher. That’s what was really creepy about the Obama singing.

Fenris on January 14, 2016 at 8:46 PM

different kids were dong the same act back in World War 2.

Some of you need to get a grip….

[idesign on January 14, 2016 at 7:48 PM]

Heck, they may have been doing it back in WWI. That’s the war George M, Cohen wrote it for.

Dusty on January 14, 2016 at 8:46 PM

Tater. Trump is exploiting young womens sexuality by having them work for him??? Lol!! One of the stupidest things ive truly ever heard. They do it by their own free will, and get paid a hell of a lot of money to do it. And they prolly enjoy it. So what , they can do what they want with their lives. Ive heard of reaching for straws before, but you’ve truly jumped the shark finally…..

Dude, I may have made a mistake by using those girls to make my point and I quickly apologized for doing so. But have you read what you just posted?

Tater Salad on January 14, 2016 at 8:50 PM

Big difference between mmm mmm mmm – The kids are singing in praise of America, not an individual faux deity that resembles Urkel.

I received an email a couple of minutes ago from my brother regarding the moral boosting qualities of songs like this:

As candidates going through the Army Ranger Course in late 1964, we were always singing Cohen songs, like this one, “Over There”, and “It’s a Grand Old Flag, A High Flying Flag” whenever they marched us in formation. It was a huge morale thing for us, they tried to stop it, because the Ranger cadre’s intent was to break the morale of any candidate who might be vulnerable to such “breaking,” but finally yielded.

The best times were after we’d returned from, say, an exhausting 36 or 48 hour patrol. After having the After Action Review, cleaning weapons etc got to bed at about 0200, they’d normally wake us up about 0430 to receive the OPORD for the next mission. We were dead tired, cold etc. But then we’d sing these songs, loud and defiantly, and joyously. We immediately forgot about our whiney misery and “drove on”.

Now now. That seems unduly harsh. AP is a young single man, I doubt he has a lot of experience with dance recitals and great these little girls thought that was.

Trump is the most anti-liberty candidate on the Republican side of the race. His supporters don’t know what freedom is.

Allah, you use the word nationalism like it’s a bad thing. The Oxford dictionary defines it as, “patriotic feeling, principles, or efforts”. That is not bad even though the Left and globalist RINOs have made it seem that way.

What do you want Trump to do, go on an Obama-esque speaking tour of the world where he apologizes for America and Americans?

Get real. The globalist political establishment and their transnational corporate cronies who together are running the nation have turned the USA into a border-less area in the Northern hemisphere that a hell lot of average 3rd grade educated people from nations around the world are flooding into, some of them want to murder us and the globalists don’t care.

The anti-nationalist crony-government is getting lower wages that are headed toward “global norms” and govt-dependent voters. The rest of us get rapidly declining lifestyles, opportunity, wages/benefits and worse, our children and grandchildren are facing lives of very significantly decreased opportunity and increased dependency.

Oh, and our anti-nationalist overlords haven’t even implemented TPA yet – but they will and when they do, the floodgates for imported foreign labor *really* open up – backed by the full power and might of the crony-government of the fundamentally transformed diversity states of America.

Echoes of Jonbenet Ramsay.Forty hideous seconds was all I could stomach…up to now I have observed the Trumpmania thing with bemusement but THIS has me worried. I’m beginning to think the Lefties who characterize Trump’s legions as a bunch of addled crypto-fascists may be right. No doubt the authoress (no male could concoct such a nightmarishly cynical exploitation of feminine sexuality) of this orgasmorama believed it was in the proud tradition of the Andrews Sisters and Ginger Rodgers, but it is more along the lines of Benito Mussolini and Larry Flynt.
Truly repulsive. Sick sick sick.
(PS: saw the first half of the debate last night. Trump’s nose-in-the-air thrust-out-chin pivot-at-the-hip disdainful mugging as Cruz lit into him was so like the Great Italian Fascist it gave me goose-steps.)

OMG – The author and everyone commenting here is suffering from “Post Obama Stress Disorder!” There is nothing wrong with Patriotic Entertainment during or after a campaign. I Love AMERICA and our history. THERE WAS NOTHING HERE COMPARABLE to “Obama’s Ugh Ugh Ugh” song, which was ALL ABOUT OBAMA and NOTHING to do with country or Patriotism.

Another parallel to the Obamatron days and techniques.
When Obama did it, it was obviously creepy.
Now that Trump does it, its….”nothing to see here…move on”.

It’s better to fight for a philosophical principle than for a country. The suicide of western civilization has come from the abandonment of (or in the case of this video, the complete misunderstanding of) the principle of liberty.

for having economic policy endorsed by Paul Krugman, http://hotair.com/headlines/archives/2015/09/07/trump-is-right-on-economics/
for thuggish characters on his team,
for being chummy with leading leftists,
for being a yuge fraudster, http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/trump-university-students-school-scam-article-1.2350129
for despising private property rights,
for incoherent foreign policy,

for being a Narcissist,
for wanting longer wait times on gun purchases,
for abundant flip-flops,
for having young children perform song-&-dance routines praising him, &

And I remember that quite a few of those kids singing songs were in the classrooms of public schools — exactly the place where coerced political expression would most likely occur.

When Trump supporting teachers start using their classrooms for political statements, then my complaints will begin.

Public school children singing “His” praises in assembly. For all of you who want to sing along, here are the lyrics:

Song 1:
Mm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that all must lend a hand
To make this country strong again
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said we must be fair today
Equal work means equal pay
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that we must take a stand
To make sure everyone gets a chance
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said red, yellow, black or white
All are equal in his sight
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

Yes!
Mmm, mmm, mm

Song 2:
Hello, Mr. President we honor you today!
For all your great accomplishments, we all doth say “hooray!”

Hooray, Mr. President! You’re number one!
The first black American to lead this great nation!

Hooray, Mr. President we honor your great plans
To make this country’s economy number one again!

Hooray Mr. President, we’re really proud of you!
And we stand for all Americans under the great Red, White, and Blue!

So continue —- Mr. President we know you’ll do the trick
So here’s a hearty hip-hooray —-
