One final glitch: Sebelius’s farewell speech derails because … it’s missing a page

A fitting send-off for the Shemp of the Obama administration. The mic didn’t short out and no one knocked over the podium, so let’s consider it a moral victory.

The crowd in the Rose Garden gave her a standing ovation, not so much for a job well done but for a job done just well enough that the law’s no longer in danger in the near term. That’s how far the goalposts have moved on O-Care since 2010: Mere survival is now resounding success. If premiums shoot up next year and Obama’s forced to veto a repeal bill passed by a now entirely Republican-controlled Congress, that’ll be “success” too.

Actually, maybe there’s a better analogy here than the Stooges. Exit quotation:

Stupid and incompetence are the hallmarks of Democrat governance.

Obama told her it was time to “turn the page,” but she heard “burn the page.”

Good old government doing what it does best, trip on own shoelaces.

With that I want to add this to the out-going lady:

Today my wife and I received our letter from Health Care dot Gov about our recent application. It informed us that my wife, a stay at home, no income housewife must provide proof of her income (which we reported as zero). The eligible documents for proof are listed as W-2, letter from employer, lease(?), unemployment office letter, COLA adjustment letter, investment fund statement(?), or self employment ledger.

What part of stay at home wife with zero income am I going to be able to prove with that? And here is the most hilarious part. The letter is dated March 30th, 2014. It was received one hour ago, April 12th 2014. The deadline for the information is March 31st, 2014 or we cannot receive our coverage on May 1st as promised.

My wife and I are good, but time travel is completely out of the question.

IMHO, it is the Sebelius brain which has the “Page Fault,” and that’s why every one of her efforts end in a “blue screen of death.”

You could try a re-boot, but it will probably not fix the fatal error.
