Black Friday shopping for conservatives

posted at 8:01 am on November 27, 2013 by Jazz Shaw

Will you be heading out on Friday to compete with crowds of insane, shoving, kicking screaming people for Black Friday deals? Me neither. Unless it’s something taking place at a bar involving a football game, you’re not getting me out of the house. But that doesn’t mean you can’t pick up a few gifts for your holiday shopping list (or for yourself) from the comfort of your own computer. Instead of the latest Molly Cyrus “twerking” trinket, how about something like this?

RNCC_Gifts

We received notice that the NRCC has launched a fairly unique digital store where you can pick up some conservative themed gifts for the holidays. And to add a little juice to the holiday bird, they’ve offered an extra discount just for Hot Air readers.

Christmas is rapidly approaching, and the gear in our holiday sale this year is great, such as the “Happy Holidays is what liberals say” tees, “all I want for Christmas is to be rid of ObamaCare” shirts, and GOP Christmas tree ornaments.

As a thank you to Hot Air for all you and your readers do for the conservative movement, our team wants to give you guys an exclusive discount code for 20% off holiday items that lasts all week, from today to Monday, December 2 at 11:59 pm EST. Only conservative blog readers are getting this offer.

Just use this promotional code if you want to pick something up and save some cash.

Discount

For quite a while it’s been assumed that the Democrats were just “better at the online stuff” which has served them well in recent elections. It’s nice to see the GOP getting some people to work on the digital front. In any event, happy holidays and enjoy the swag if you decide to pick some up.

EDIT: (Jazz) That’s the ahem NRCC, not the RNCC.

Is it April 1st already?

All I want for Christmas is to be rid of Obama.

And Pelosi.

And Reid.

And Biden.

And Schumer.

And Debbie Wassername Schultz.

And a few thousand more. (And for you NSA readers, when I say “rid of” I mean out of office, not dead).

The NSA knows that what you really said is reverse code, and you meant the latter not the former … or something.

Credit to NRCC for getting the code correct. I tested it.

Maybe their guys should work on the 404Care site.

Oh wait …

Black Friday

Thank heavens it isn’t called Redskin Friday!

Shy Guy on November 27, 2013 at 8:23 AM

40 bucks for that t-shirt displayed?
OK, 32 with the discount but seriously if they want people to wear them, perhaps while the other side is making its case, they need to understand supply side economics a little better. A price point of about $17 would be better to get the message out.

dentalque on November 27, 2013 at 8:23 AM

I do kind of like the elephant logo.

cozmo on November 27, 2013 at 8:27 AM

LOL. “Bush-Cheney ’00″ t-shirts and mousepads? Talk about living in the past, GOP.

Rational Thought on November 27, 2013 at 8:29 AM

Woo Hoo! Black Friday RINOpalooza!

22044 on November 27, 2013 at 8:31 AM

But thanks for the code anyway, Hot Air.

Why would the RNCC be selling conservative-themed items.

Yeah. Now Reagan-Bush ’80 shirts would be cool!

Happy Nomad on November 27, 2013 at 8:33 AM

Too rich for me even with the discount.

meci on November 27, 2013 at 8:33 AM

Yeah. Now Reagan-Bush ’80 shirts would be cool!

Happy Nomad on November 27, 2013 at 8:33 AM

That…would be cool throwback and make a more memorable impression.

22044 on November 27, 2013 at 8:37 AM

I really like this store (although I’m not keen on the Ron Paul items).

And one of my all-time favorite sites, The Peoples’ Cube, has their own State-Run Store 86.

Great stuff!

zerostar33 on November 27, 2013 at 8:57 AM

. . . poor Jazz.

Ed inside with the family. AP at another weird, atheist Saturnalia. Jazz shivering in the cold, warming himself at a trash can to carefully rationed, flaming Time editions, punching away through worn-through gloves at some hand-held device Ed tossed him as he drove by in his Bentley.

And Time is really thin. Thin, people.

Someone — Someone take Jazz a sandwich.

Those shirts.

I have a People’s Cube Laika coffee mug because for some reason I’m enthralled with that little dog.

Bishop on November 27, 2013 at 9:06 AM

That price is outrageous. Maybe they should be a bit more upfront and say that 50% of it is a donation to RNCC.

TeaTrekkie on November 27, 2013 at 9:07 AM

Here’s another gift idea (a Kindle ebook): The Big Picture: An Illustrated Guide to Modern American Trends. Great virtual stocking stuffer for the conservative policy wonk.

Mervis Winter on November 27, 2013 at 9:16 AM

Did the RNCC drag this stuff out of storage?

They’ve got better ideas…right?

Right?

Fund raising off of Christmas? Just how low will pols go? Obviously we got an answer.

Lolz

By the way, I read yesterday that Miley has an older half-sister (same mother, different father) who seems like a nice normal woman.

The pope told me that consumerism is evil… Hmmm, I kinda like the elephant logo, too.

Fallon on November 27, 2013 at 9:30 AM

I prefer the Disappointed Turtle’s clarity on Obamacare (The design is put out there at no profit to the group; just interested in messaging.)

michaelo on November 27, 2013 at 9:32 AM

I think the Doggy Poop trash bag holder should have featured doggie poop bags with Obama’s face printed on the plastic bag :-) Maybe an assortment of Obama/Reid/Pelosi face bags….

oooops, I must be a racist…….but totally ok for liberals to make movies about assassinating President Bush, natch…..

No kidding. That copy of the Pocket Constitution for $17.76 is a great little book, but it costs less than $2 at every book store I’ve ever seen it. I usually buy 3-4 at a time and give them away during conversations.

Flange on November 27, 2013 at 9:58 AM

Crap. I bought an ornament. I said I wasn’t going to contribute one thin dime to these a**holes. Now, I’ll start getting the fundraising calls again, won’t I? Darn you, Jazz. I just needed a door prize gift for an upcoming county event.

They’re not all as dumb as they seem.

Racist!

TeaTrekkie on November 27, 2013 at 9:07 AM

Stop being selfish. You are being asked to “pay a little bit more” so that people who were previously denied Conservative tchotchkies can now be able to afford them.

And Jazz, it’s “Miley” Cyrus. Get out more.

Maddie on November 27, 2013 at 10:18 AM

In any event, happy holidays….

Did you really say that after giving us this link?

TexAz on November 27, 2013 at 11:03 AM

Please also consider doing some Christmas shopping at Hobby Lobby. They have far more than what you might consider traditional hobby and handicraft supplies. The moonbats on the left are trying to blacklist them.

Great idea. I think I will visit my local one today.

I was thinking of visiting this RNCC, but the price comments have changed my mind.

jazzuscounty on November 27, 2013 at 12:13 PM

My Conservative Xmas shopping list:

1. A tie-Dyed Gadsden flag T-Shirt (to piss off Hippies)
2. A bumper sticker that says “Rebel Against the Establishment..Ignore Jon Stewart And Your Left Wing College Professors”
3. A combination leather and fur coat, decorated with bits of shrapnel, purchased from a “local” trapper and tannery.
4. The box set of the complete Dean Martin Roasts.
5. A large single family house in the suburbs with a garage big enough for two gas guzzling SUV’s.
6. A gift certificate for Chick Fil A’.

You owe me one free screen cleaning. And it’s an excellent question.
