Good news from MSNBC: Eric Holder is “the Moses of our time”

posted at 6:01 pm on May 30, 2013 by Allahpundit

I know it sounds crazy, but understand that he’s speaking metaphorically. All he means is that Holder is “the chief lawgiver of the United States of America, so to speak,” which … is also crazy.

He goes on to say that “the real problem is it’s not against the law to leak classified information.” Which is kinda sorta true — it’s against the law to leak information that’s injurious to national defense, which is a subset of classified information and which Holder used to justify his snooping on James Rosen. Is he saying that it should be illegal to leak all manner of classified info, whether dangerous or not? You don’t usually find liberals demanding more government secrecy, and in any event it’s irrelevant to this case. Or is he saying that it shouldn’t be illegal, in which case … government officials should have carte blanche legally to dump sensitive defense information to the press? What?

Here you go, via the Washington Free Beacon. There’s a signpost up ahead — you’ve just crossed into the Twilight Zone. Exit question: Is Obama Jesus in this metaphor?

MSNBC can now bring as many certified ranting loons like this moron commenting here as they want! The network is going to be off the air any day now anyway! It’s ratings are now in the toilet, its sponsors are fleeing in droves, it’s “commentators” have proven they are nothing other than Obama’s official propaganda mouthpieces, and even its weeekend showings of “LOCK-UP” are playing to dead air.

Jerry Zucker can now rant, rave, scream, throw a tantrum, hold his breath until his face turns blue, and blame everyone else out there as much as he wants, and it will make no difference whatsoever! He was handed over this rotting stinking albatross carcass of a network and now he can live with it!

Somewhere, Keith Olbermann is insanely giggling!

Not only insane, but grossly ill-informed.

“The Moses of our time”?!

He helped get a pardon for Mark Rich, helped get a pardon for terrorist members of FALN – who did not even want a pardon & he had to hide documents to do so, & he argued for leniency for 2 members of the terrorist group The Weathermen Underground who were transporting 740lbs of explosives they were going to use in more bombings – to include a planned attempt to bomb the White House.

He committed 3 Felony Charges of Perjury before Congress for Fast-&-Furious, was spared jail time because his DOJ refused to press charges, & thus became the 1st Atty General in U.S. History to be Censured.

NOW he has been caught committing another Felony count of Perjury before Congress regarding the Wire-Tapping scandal….

Rather than ‘Moses’, how about ‘Judas’, as he has betrayed the American people, the Constitution, & the law?! If any of us did what he has done, we would be sharing a cell with Scooter Libby.

Holder’s Commandments
1. Thou shalt lie to those you despise and feel superior to.
2. Thou shalt go after your political enemies.
3. Thou shalt…

Hey, wait a second…these are sounding more like something from the Koran…

Thats it. I’m cashing in my 401k and selling my house and giving all the proceeds to the NAACP. This guy is a visionary and needs all our money.

Every time a liberal opens their mouth, I think that they’re crazy and I’m never surprised.

More like Pharaoh.

I don’t have MSNBC loaded into my favorites in the DVR so I never stumble across the channel. Seeing the stuff that gets posted here, I see no reason to ever tune it in. Granted the dumbest of the dumb is what gets posted here, but come on. That place has to be run by the Onion to give Jon Stewart and Steven Cobert some competition.

Maybe the Moses Gunn of our time.

Another gross misunderstanding at MSNBC!!! Eric Holder is “the Moe of our time”!!! (…Moe as in “Larry, Curly, and Moe”!)

I’m thinking that the better metaphor would the the Head-Pharasee of our times. He doesn’t give the law, so much as enforce an extreme but narrowly limited interpretation of the law.
