Holder: I can’t remember when I recused myself from the AP investigation, and I know I didn’t do it in writing

AG Holder says he did not inform WH he recused himself in @ap case, did not do so in writing and cannot say when he did so.

By the ‘AP Case’ I am assuming they are talking about the ‘LEAK’ case & NOT the ‘AP Wire-Tapping Scandal….If that is the case, here are my questions regarding the AP WIRE TAP PORTION:

I thought he said he never knew about the AP wire tap scandal – did not know of the plan, did not know when/who approved it, did not know it was carried out….

1) WHEN DID HE 1ST LEARN ABOUT IT (WIRE TAP)

2) FROM WHOM DID HE FIND OUT ABOUT IT?

3) DID HE CONTACT/INFORM OBAMA – HIS BOSS – AS SOON AS HE LEARNED OF THIS POSSIBLE CRIME / ‘POLITICAL BOMB’? IF NOT, WHY NOT?

4) WHY WAS LAST FRIDAY THE 1ST TIME OBAMA – HIS BOSS – FOUND OUT ABOUT IT & HE HAD TO FIND OUT BY WATCHING THE STORY BREAK ON TV?

5) IF HE DOESN’T KNOW WHEN, SURELY HIS DEPUTY – THE GUY HE JUST THREW UNDER THE BUS TO TAKE THE HIT FOR THIS – REMEMBERS…SUBPOENA HIM & ASK HIM HOW MUCH HOLDER KNEW, WHEN HE KNEW IT, & WHEN HE RECUSED HIMSELF FROM IT.

6) HOW LONG HAS THE INVESTIGATION BEEN GOING ON?

If there’s no written record of recusal, who told DAG Cole that he was running the AP investigation?

SUBPOENA DAG COLE & ASK HIM – WHO, WHAT, WHEN , WHERE, WHY!

“Did he refuse to recuse himself publicly from an explosive national-security investigation because that – BEING CONSIDERED THE POSSIBLE LEAKER – would have made for particularly bad headlines five months before the election?”

Holder responded to Rep Issa who pressed him hard on the AP scandal by angrily telling Issa, “The way you conduct yourself as a member of Congress is unacceptable and shameful.”

The guy has already perpetrated 3 FELONY counts of PERJURY before Congress during the Fast-&-Furious investigation for which he should have been convicted but was protected because the DOJ refused to do its job & press charges) yet still became the 1st Attorney General in U.S. history to ever be Censured.

He is up to his ARSE in this scandal, the crime/acts being perpetrated on his watch. During the hearing today Rep Sensenbrenner, frustrated at not getting a response, suggested Holder go to the Truman Museum and “take a picture of the thing on his desk that said ‘the buck stops here.'”

He has COMMITTED CRIMES in covering up other crimes/failures that have resulted in the deaths of over 300 people, to include 1 dead U.S. BPA, he arrogantly lies, acts as if he is being insulted & put out (much like his boss), & arrogantly tells ISSA that HIS behavior is “unacceptable and shameful”?! Part of Holder’s arrogance, pomposity, & ‘untouchable’ attitude comes from believing his boss & the DOJ will protect him because he is Obama’s backside protection.

I so hope they burn this SOB down, that they get to walk into his office & take him out with handcuffs! I hope this time is the ‘1 scandal too many’ he doesnt escape from!
