Bingo....We have a winner!

My rationall has always been: No person on this planet has the power or the right to limit or eliminate my human right to defend myself or my property.
If one of the attempts to do so becomes law, I go full-auto, SBR with a Can.
I also spend my spare time "cooking".
The NFA of 1934, with its expansions in 1968 and 1986 are no longer in force....the Police cannot be more heavily armed than the People.
We must have the power to defeat the DHS blueshirt civilian army that Obarry created.
Become a ghost....no social media, no email, no cell phone, no bank accounts...
They attacked in NJ a few days ago because a guy posted a photo of his kid at a shooting range, with a .22
Get your squad/neighbors together...comunicate FTF, or by CB or HAM
Be prepared to be assaulted and invaded; then hit them from behind...a long way behind...
They are afraid or the armed populace...very afraid...
Once they're hit a few times, they will either go whole hog military or back off.
I'm betting on the 10 million die-hard 2nd guys.

Talk is cheap. This is TX, not CO, and sheriff in TX knows no one is stupid enough to show up and try to confiscate guns. Its like Putin saying he will defend communism in a communist country.

..good for the CO sheriffs and all the other folks taking part in this people's revolt against tyranny.

There is this dichotomy of thought that Obama is sinister and is unfolding an evil plan to take down this nation on one hand and that he is a bumbling, ignorant fool on the other.

This attempt by him and his coterie of commie sycophants to erase firearm ownership from the American scene is a classic example of his stupidity, however. The public -- seeing this threat to the first, second, fourth, and tenth amendments -- have reacted by buying more guns, ammunition, and even the wherewithal to produce same.

This has driven demand for all items through the roof -- including those goods and services on the periphery of the question. It's annoying and yet satisfying to put in an order for a reloading press, dies, powder, bullets, brass, etc. and be told that you have a six-month wait until you receive the items you ordered.

You mean like Obumble and Holder choosing not to enforce imiigration laws, voter intimidation laws, public office “sunshine laws”, and such?

But unlike libtards like you and your messiah, these Sheriffs understand their oath of office is to uphold and defend the US Constitution, and any law that violates constitutional rights is an illegal law.

To paraphrase the FLOTUS, "For the first time, I'm ashamed to be a Coloradoan."

(No, make it the second time. I was in 2012 also.)

I looked on the net the other day and found that per car there are three times the number of deaths than there are deaths per gun. I wrote the gov suggesting that he widen I-25 between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock before passing this legislation. I'm sure you can guess how that'll fly.

And you can say all you want about “burden of proof”; the reality is that Police Chief Gun-Grabber will have your gun and magazines confiscated as “evidence” in a criminal case…. assuming he isn’t issuing the statement over the bodies of you and your family “killed while resisting arrest.”

Yes, this will happen. Most likely in one of the Denver / Boulder area jursidictions, as the municipal police in those areas are just as libtard as the politicians. Very likely a situation like this will be the first legal test of the laws. I hope the NRA is ready to jump in and help when the time comes.

When they make a clear statement that they WILL AGGRESSIVELY go after cops arresting people I may change my views, but right now I am sure they are nothing but cheap publicity stunts.

From one of El Paso County (CO) Sheriff Terry Maketa's press releases"

I stand firmly against, any effort that infringes on the rights of law abiding citizens to own and posses firearms of their choice. Furthermore, I will actively oppose any effort that infringes upon your second amendment rights.

Like every elected official in the state, I took an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Colorado. This means all rights. Prior to being elected as Sheriff, I took the same oath as a Deputy Sheriff and prior to my law enforcement career, I was a firearms enthusiast and sportsman. I am among the millions of Americans who chooses to exercise their right to bear arms and I avoid judgment of those who choose not to. Today and everyday into the future, I will continue to not only exercise this right but ensure that our law abiding citizens' right to bear arms is protected. I personally believe this right among others is non-negotiable. Some have suggested this is a political issue or a right and left issue. I strongly oppose that suggestion. This is a constitutional rights issue and we should all stand by this document which is the foundation of this nation.
