I read somewhere that some study or another claims that people are growing more intelligent on average but I do.not.believe that. I think it’s quite the contrary.

As I qualify as quite intelligent on a number of objective scales, let me clarify this for you: “intelligence” is not “know how” it’s not application. It’s theory and uptake. It’s extremely passive.

Imagine a job where you just need to answer questions, ie. regurgitate internalized facts? Nobody needs that. But that is what the objective tests test.

The MENSA tests also test a little more on pattern-matching and “problem solving”, but knowing how to solve a “problem” set up with a solution before hand (to judge it as “correct”), is different from where solutions need to be forged and can only be achieved as an optimum of balance among a variety of concerns–at least to the most important observer.

Just my innate “intelligence” alone is a source of so many personal errors.

There are no tests that show we are growing more wise. Nor can they test that, I think, without putting some official expectation on which was the more “wise” choice. And then it’s just sharing somebody’s worldview or being able to recreate the answers they expect.

Maybe the producers should be assigned the parasites they support by name and be sent a picture of “their” parasites. When the producers get up at 5:00am on a cold winter morning to work an honest job, it might be helpful for them to remember who gets to roll over and sleep in.

I think it’s diminishing capacity. Too many tools are handy to take up the work, the effort, the time and labor and incentive (and neurons) necessary to solve day to day problems, resolve or address daily issues and needs, so people have grown and continue to grow less bright, less capable and are being rewarded for it, so they’re “happy” being degenerate if not utterly destructive to themselves and others.

Take away all the electronics and devices and see how humans fare for a decade afterward, that’d be the measure of just how intelligent or not we’ve become.

Today’s problematic, culturally defective people, continue to grow in numbers, to restate the obvious. The frequent access and use of the internet to be nonproductive but nasty — exercise often unconscionabe degeneracy socially, cuturally, emotionally, is fueling this building and ongoing problem.

There’s no “stop that” ruler involved. So some persons approach and pass over into irresponsibility-times-ten.

The causes are identifiable, I just don’t know what the solution is except that human beings DO NEED if not require involved, responsible parenting long past the age of adolescence but especially during it.

It’s not free stuff only, The left is selling lust, deviancy, guilt-free slaughter of our own precious offspring, booing and removing God from every corner of America, pornography, sloth, envy and coveting, culture destruction as race games for votes, and destroying our sovereignty, well as demonizing our constitution.
We’ve got a lot more at stack than just the danged economy, most of which can be restored–but not our heritage, our integrity, our decency, our God-given freedom and rights.

Yup. Those lefty college campus protesters of the ’60s figured out the best way to bring down our morals and western civilization was to graduate and enter the fields of media, education, law, and financial systems to really make the changes for which they were protesting as youth and be in positions of influence for the generations to come.

Obama isn’t even trying to hide his disdain for the notion of a “union” anymore. He wants to divide, agitate, condemn, demagogue, and destroy his opposition. He would rather be King of half the country, with the other half demonized and demoralized, than President of a peaceful and cooperative Union. He is actively sowing hate and division among our people now.
