Do you recall the SOPA & PIPA bill which resulted in the various websites shutting down for or a day or so? If my memory serves me correctly I think Rubio signed onto that. Also before the Obamacare went to the Supreme Court he either introduced a bill to amend it or was going to. Can’t remember which. But there was a discussion about it on a HA thread.

I do remember reading that Jeb Bush met personally with Romney and tried to persuade him to select Rubio as VP.

Got to keep an eye on him, that’s for sure.

My opinion of a RINO, is a Republican or Tea Party backed Candidate or Conservative that changes their tune after elected.

Rubio qualifies. He was Tea Party till he was elected, then he moved away and kept moving.

Rubio is for amnesty, which means a bigger influx of immigrants, and that’s death on the interests of the white conservatives who make up the Tea Party. They may be reluctant to object to that, out of fear of being called racist, but the clash of interests is big and obvious.

President Rubio would continue to move left and would continue to harm the interests of his supporters. There’s no excuse not to see that one coming.

I agree with your assessment. Hopefully more and more people will wake up.

The Cotton Conservatives (Whigs) via Karl Rove et al have already started attacking Rep. Steve King of IA. Smearing him and outright lying about him.

Just like we did in 2010, we need to support in any way we can, those that are targeted by this RINOPAC, Rove.

I encourage everyone to register at http://www.senateconservatives.com/ that haven’t done so. This was set up by Senator Jim DeMint. Since he’s at Heritage now, they have broadened out and are covering up to date Congress activities. Still supporting Conservative Senate Candidates tho.

My crystal ball says Jeb Bush for President with Rubio as VP; UNLESS Rubio messes up.

Yes, sorry I didn’t make that clear. Just as Romney was selected and supported.

I think a competition between them will be good and force both to improve their games. People better realize that we need Rubio and Rand Paul because the alternative is Chris Christie who is going to get the 100% of the true RINO vote. A lot of people are called RINOs who don’t really deserve it, but Christie is the authentic real deal RINO.

I agree it’s a good thing to have them both speak. Let the people judge. Christie gets a No from me.

My opinion of a RINO, is a Republican or Tea Party backed Candidate or Conservative that changes their tune after elected. If they vote and support this Administration and the Democrats and not in the interest of this Country and the American People, they are RINOS and need voted out of office.

This of course includes the many RINOS that have been in Congress for years.

Yeah but the problem is that’ll never happen – the GOP establishment is willing to LOSE elections in order to kill off the TP. There’s no way they are going to give them a voice in the response.

We know the TP Party isn’t a “Party”, it’s a concept from the 1700′s on Taxation and oppressive Government ….. I don’t think the Liberals get that, and Rand will give them an Alinsky type target, since they just attack Americans now.
