I’m going to answer your email one of these days. Just too much going on right now, not time-wise, but existential overload.

He shot them because he was mad at them for kicking him out of LAPD, not because he’s a liberal. This incredibly simple fact is far beyond the comprehension level of the average conservative.

The rest of us, having actual brain cells don’t get caught up on this more than any other similar crime.

This guy is still on the loose, yet we get more media attention for days on killers who are caught at the scene or take their own life.

One would think that part of the media’s job would be to cover this story non-stop to raise public awareness until this man is brought to justice.

Given California’s history with the Death Penalty, he would be most likely to die from natural causes in prison…followed closely by suicide. Both are still a more likely outcome then actually being executed by lethal injection.

I feel your prediction will be the most likely outcome, although I would like to see him face our judicial system.

If he truly feels he was wronged, one would think he would want his day in court with all the increased attention that it would bring.

If he wants to go down in a hail of gunfire, it kind of defeats the supposed purpose of his murderous rampage.

Rogerb, it isn’t because the laws have been intentionally weakened, it is because the entire legal/justice system is criminally corrupt from the top to the bottom. Judges, lawyers and police routinely game the law, break it, enforcement agencies routinely choose not to enforce laws one one set of people/companies/agencies while enforcing the same law on others, etc. Why should anyone have any respect for the law or those who create them, enforce them, etc?

Judges, lawyers and police routinely game the law, break it, enforcement agencies routinely choose not to enforce laws one one set of people/companies/agencies while enforcing the same law on others, etc. Why should anyone have any respect for the law or those who create them, enforce them, etc?
