The White House is legally required to submit a budget to Congress…

An example of a pseudo law: IE one which has no teeth, no way to punish the WH. No real penalty no real law.

I just filed my taxes only to receive a notice that the Feds were going to take until March to get around to any peasant refunds – I suppose they are focusing on “substance”.

I heard that a flock of skeets made of with POtuS’ budget but at least he got a couple shots off at them. Darn skeets; they do this almost every year now.

How about we focus on photoshopping every one of Obama WH photos until such time as Obama focuses on getting his budget in to Congress.
