I think a better question is, how many rulings has he defied? I am aware he did that during the Gulf oil spill – which other times do you know of? It’s not like he has pretended any of the SC decisions he lost don’t apply to him, is it? About the NLRB ruling – has he been ordered by the appeals court to honor the decision immediately, before the appeals process is finished?

Don’t get me wrong – I know what he is capable of. My point is that I believe it is premature of so many people to act like we are as bad off as Venezuela, and that he is already as powerful as Hugo Chavez – if 0dumba really felt so free and unchallengable, I don’t believe we would even be talking about Holder negotiating with the House over Fast and Furious.

Ruby Ridge, just a man and his family that wanted to be left alone.
Waco Tx., A group of people exercising their Constitution freedom of religion, wanted to be left alone.
Fast and Furious, An illegal gun running operated by the Federal Government for the benefit of ????
Brian Terry, A good man just trying to do a job.
Benghazi Libya, A covert gun running operation for the middle East that went bad because two men from the CIA disobey orders to stand down and let the gun deal go forward.

This may finale get some closure if only because there may be too much on Obama’s plate and this needs to go away one way or another. The handwriting MAYBE on the wall saying that the administration has restraints.

We can only wait and hope.

Any deal that doesn’t involve a prison term for Holder and impeachment or retirement for Obama is a sham.

1) you are acting like 0dumba is some unflappable, unstoppable juggernaut, and the evidence doesn’t support that; 2) his supposed non-adherence to court decisions is unrelated to whether the House will cave, whether he’ll win his executive privilege claim, or whether there will be any serious repercussions against him if he loses and refuses to hand over the documents.

Let’s revisit this topic in few months, and discuss how Holder and 0dumba are looking then, ok? :)

This administration CONTINUES to demonstrate its pattern of cover-ups & anything BUT ‘transparency’, even to the point of administration personnel perpetrating CRIMES – as in Holder’s 3 FELONY counts of PERJURY before Congress…& they continue to do so because they are being allowed to get away with it – NO SIGNIFICANT PUNISHMENT AT ALL TO ANYONE!

3. HOW MANY OF US ‘REAL AMERICANS’ WOULD BE ALLOWED TO ‘NEGOTIATE’ IN REGARDS TO OUR PERPETRATION OF 3 FELONY COUNTS OF PERJURY BEFORE CONGRESS? Holder committed 3 CRIMES; however, he faced no criminal charges because his hand-picked Justice Department REFUSED TO OBEY/ENFORCE THE LAW by charging him with those crimes, leaving Congress with doing the only thing they could do on their own – issue an official CENSURE. Holder is the 1st Attorney General in U.S. history ever to be Censured by Congress (for a CRIME that this admiistration would not prosecute)! How many of YOU think you would be protected in such a way by the U.S. Justice department?

Refusing to enforce the law is a *trademark of this Justice Department — They stepped in to DROP CHARGES against the New Black Panthers for perpetrating Voter Intimidation by brandishing weapons at voting locations during the 2008 elections. Pointing out that Obama bragged about their endorsement in 2008 and displayed a link to their web page in 2008…until the media reported it…is significant. Then there was the ‘whistleblower’ inside the Justice Department who proved the Justice department under Holder REFUSED to prosecute descirimination cases when it involved minority-on-white cases. FINALLY, there is the case reported of how Obama directed Holder & the Justice Department to carry out a policy regarding Illegal Immigration where much fewer/no crimes involving Illegals where the crime fell below the level of a FELONY should be prosecuted – no arrests/holding/charging/prosecuting! THIS was a case of a President CREATING a ‘Right’ that American Citizens do not even have!

These acts & the on-going ‘negotiations’ of Holder’s crimes rather than enforcing the law & holding him accountability continue to highlight how badly our government has broken down & how much this President is acting as a Chavez-esque ‘tyrant’ believing he is above the Constitution/Law. …and the GOP continue to go along with it, showing no sign of ‘testicular fortitude’ or desire to do what is right / to adhere to their oaths of office which was to protect & defend the Constituion & enforce the rule of law. Instead, according to this story, its more like ‘Throw out the Constitution/Law & LET’S MAKE A DEAL….’

There would indeed need to be major shake-ups within the party.

Not just major shake ups, but overwhelming majorities in House and Senate, and courage and confidence enough to ignore the LSM and wrongheaded public opinion and outcry to do what is right.

Never will happen, I think.

If both sides push this dispute past a district court into the appellate level, the decision will set firm precedent on the powers and protection of the other two branches of government vis-a-vis the other — with the potential outcome of disaster for one or the other, a disaster that could last centuries. As it stands, this is almost the political equivalent of Mutually Assured Destruction.

Yeah, but it’s OK when they do it. Just like it’s OK for Homeland Security to have 7000 M4s for ‘personal protection’ but if one of us has one it becomes an ‘assault weapon’.

I doubt this admin fears a judge. I’m confident they have the names of those whose lives and careers will be sacrificed if need be.

So how do you explain 0dumba’s adminstration already having lost numerous unanimous decisions either in appeals courts or at the USSC? Is it your opinion that all of the sudden the tide will completely turn now?

They have to know that the chances are very good that is another loser for them.
