Why?

#1:
Because Hồ Chí Minh and the North Vietnamese and Cambodian Communists were mass murdering genocidal Marxist-Leninists who were actively at war with America.

And because Qadaffi and his regime were murderous non-communists who had been co-opted by the Bush Administration into being a de-facto ally of America against mass murdering genocidal jihadists who were actively at war with America.

.

#2
Because the President ordering the bombings in Cambodia was a Republican.

Because the President ordering the bombings in Lybia is a Democrat/Socialist.

.

Are the distinctions clear now?

Why didn't WE think of that????

I had no idea we could just wave a magic wand and suddenly there would be peace.

Time and again this administration…and elitist Progressive Liberals like Kerry…has shown their total disregard for the Constitution &/OR the LAW when it interferes with their agenda. Obama VIOLATED the Constitution / the War Powers Act through a prolonged military action (WAR) in Libya without Congressional Approval…as long as a Liberal/Democrat is doing it no one cares / it doesn’t matter.

Libya – Violation of Constitution/War Powers Act
Defense of Marriage Act – Violation of his oath of office / reponsibility to uphold the LAW even if he does not agree with it…

Individual Mandate – BOTH purchase of health care or penalty of tax / religious violation mandating medical facilities run by religious orgs must hand out free ABORTION-INDUCING drugs

Medicare Coercion – Obamacare compels/compelled states to drastically increase their Medicaid expenditures and reorganize their Health Care bureaucracies, on penalty of losing all (not just additional) Medicaid funds.

Independent Payment Advisory Board – ‘Death Panel’ – 15 presidential appointees beginning in 2014 who are tasked with reducing medical care spending – their decisions become law (by-passing Congress) & can only be overridden by a 2/3rds Congressional vote.

Chrysler Bailout – violates not just bankruptcy law but also the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses.

Dodd-Frank Bill/Law – the Treasury Department now has broad and essentially unchecked power to seize banks and other financial entities that it determines are unsound but “too big to fail.” Due process and separation of powers issues abound.

The deep-water drilling ban – A federal judge struck down that moratorium as arbitrary and capricious, but the government issued a new order to replace the one that was struck down. That order was subsequently withdrawn, but the judge was so shocked by the administration’s conduct that he found the government in civil contempt of court.

Taxing political contributions - The IRS has since backed down, but the suspicion remains that it was trying to chill the political speech of those opposed to President Obama’s policies, in violation of the First Amendment.

Graphic tobacco warnings – Mandate by the Obama administration – federal judge blocked the new regulation, which was due to go into effect in January, but the administration is appealing.

Health Care Waivers –
the power to suspend a legal requirement can and will be used to arbitrarily favor the politically connected. Moreover, most of these waivers were never authorized by Congress in the first place!

Annual Budget – REQUIRED BY LAW – yet Obama (& Harry Reid), in violation of the Law & the country being nearly $16 trillion in debt – is demanding another debt ceiling increase with ZERO spending cuts & NO budget being passed AGAIN this year (for 4th year in a row…).

Gun Bans – recent example of Progressive mantra – ‘don’t let a disaster go to waste’ – Feinstein & Liberals, who are protected by the most well-armed security our tax dollars can afford, are attempting to strip us of our Constitutional Rights…

…and there are so many more….this nation has been reduced to ‘TYRANNY’ , the Constitution, US Law, & oaths of office being discarded at will by those we have elected….those who choose to be our ‘masters’ rather than ‘servants of the people’

Time and again this administration...and elitist Progressive Liberals like Kerry...has shown their total disregard for the Constitution &/OR the LAW when it interferes with their agenda. Obama VIOLATED the Constitution / the War Powers Act through a prolonged military action (WAR) in Libya without Congressional Approval...as long as a Liberal/Democrat is doing it no one cares / it doesn't matter.

Libya - Violation of Constitution/War Powers Act
Defense of Marriage Act - Violation of his oath of office / reponsibility to uphold the LAW even if he does not agree with it...

Individual Mandate - BOTH purchase of health care or penalty of tax / religious violation mandating medical facilities run by religious orgs must hand out free ABORTION-INDUCING drugs

Medicare Coercion - Obamacare compels/compelled states to drastically increase their Medicaid expenditures and reorganize their Health Care bureaucracies, on penalty of losing all (not just additional) Medicaid funds.

Independent Payment Advisory Board - 'Death Panel' - 15 presidential appointees beginning in 2014 who are tasked with reducing medical care spending - their decisions become law (by-passing Congress) & can only be overridden by a 2/3rds Congressional vote.

Chrysler Bailout - violates not just bankruptcy law but also the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses.

Dodd-Frank Bill/Law - the Treasury Department now has broad and essentially unchecked power to seize banks and other financial entities that it determines are unsound but “too big to fail.” Due process and separation of powers issues abound.

The deep-water drilling ban - A federal judge struck down that moratorium as arbitrary and capricious, but the government issued a new order to replace the one that was struck down.

Graphic tobacco warnings - Mandate by the Obama administration - federal judge blocked the new regulation, which was due to go into effect in January, but the administration is appealing.

Health Care Waivers -
the power to suspend a legal requirement can and will be used to arbitrarily favor the politically connected. Moreover, most of these waivers were never authorized by Congress in the first place!

Annual Budget - REQUIRED BY LAW - yet Obama (& Harry Reid), in violation of the Law & the country being nearly $16 trillion in debt - is demanding another debt ceiling increase with ZERO spending cuts & NO budget being passed AGAIN this year (for 4th year in a row...).

Gun Bans - recent example of Progressive mantra - 'don't let a disaster go to waste' - Feinstein & Liberals, who are protected by the most well-armed security our tax dollars can afford, are attempting to strip us of our Constitutional Rights...

...and there are so many more....this nation has been reduced to 'TYRANNY' , the Constitution, US Law, & oaths of office being discarded at will by those we have elected....those who choose to be our 'masters' rather than 'servants of the people'

Anger is a destructive emotion. Hate is a state of mind, and it can be good or it can be destructive, depending on whether or not it is rationally based.

It is true one should not dwell on that which one hates.

For instance, I hate communism. I cannot imagine anyone who genuinely loves liberty not hating communism, whether or not they realize they hate it. However, I don't think about it much, and I don't let it get me angry any more.

Wouldn't you take Paul over Krispy KReme Christie, Jeb Bush, and Paul (I voted for the fiscal cliff deal) Ryan?
