I know people whom you are likely helping to pay for their electricity due to them taking advantage of California’s low income energy assistance programs by lying about their income to get the cheaper rate. I try to shame them when I visit but the freebies are just to good I guess.

Congress has not been interested in acting, especially in the House, in the last two years. So we’re calling on the president to develop a plan for the administration to take action without action without Congress

Any congress “person” that advocates the bypassing of congress should be removed from office without delay. As far as I’m concerned they are not doing the job they were elected for.

Oh, we`re gonna have a civil disobedience on a massive scale within the next four years.

And it is long past time for the states to tell the Feds to go pound sand. Sure, the fed can regulate the transit of coal and other goods across state, but how those commodities are used within a state is strictly up to the states. If the fed thinks it has control because the electricity crosses state lines, it’s time for the states to pull the plug on interstate transmission of electricity.
