General Allen is a “ring knocker” from the Naval academy. General Mattis comes from one of the many small universities within our country and was raised in a rural area of eastern Washington state. I’ll take Mattis any day.

While he was Afcrapitsan commander, Allen basically excused our troops’ Afghan “Partners in Peace”, as he called/calls them, murdering them as Allen said the muslims were “stressed out” because of fasting during Ramadan, even though they typically gorge themselves after the sun goes down, until the sun comes up.
