Obama reiterated his campaign theme that “a decade of war is now ending”

Al Quaeda surrendered?

As long as they’re at war with us, it’s foolish to pretend war is “now ending.” Iraq and Afghanistan are just fronts in the war against jihadis. The only thing that’s really changed is that we seem now to be helping the jihadis out in Libya, Egypt, Syria, and Mali.

The net effect of Obama’s actions in the Middle East is to a) get Al Quaeda even madder and b) give them more places to hide and get support.

The “decade of war” is not “now ending.” It’s just ramping up. The surest way to make it worse is to pretend it’s getting better.

The left has been pretending we haven’t been at war anyway. I don’t think there’s been a protest since the Bush years.

Nor will they take the time on network news to slowly and dramatically read the names of soldiers killed on Obama’s watch.

It’s basically his sole achievement of his first four years in a nutshell. The ordering of the hit on a guy who for the last ten years was walled up in a room doing nothing but watching porn, whilst the guy who was actually the brains behind 9/11, KSM, has been sitting in Guantanamo for years now.

Now everyone ignore that the Muslim Brotherhood is the political group with Al Queta their Military. Ignore the fact than when Obama became President Iran was the only country controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood but now most of Northern Africa is Turkey is Syria looks to soon be and no doubt Afghanistan and Iraq will soon be. Ignore that Morsi is promising an end of Israel and America.

In every way we are far worse off now than when Odumbo became Prez.

…President Obama talked a lot about the challenges we as a nation still face in multiple policy arenas, but was conspicuously iffy on the threats we still face in terms of terrorism and extremism….

…now, if Al Qaeda was a labor union, Obama’d be all over ‘em…subsidies, sweetheart deals…he might even see that they got a controlling interest in that gas plant in Algeria, a’ la GM….

…once again we see the “leadership” of Obama…at every turn, when presented with a challenge requiring leadership, he has failed. Period. BP oil spill? Failed. Hurricane Sandy aid and reconstruciton? Failed. Benghazi? Failed. Failed, failed, failed. There are stopped clocks out there which’re laughing at him…they’re right at least twice a day….

…his only success, as we all know because his mouthpieces parrot it ad nauseum: Bin Laden. To hear them tell it, he took the controlls of the SEAL chopper (the one that didn’t crash), and popped guns-a-blazing into the fray, whacking UBL personally and taking his scalp. Neptune Spear only shows that when you surround a loser with enough GS-17′s and generals, and put heroes at his disposal, even a community organizer and union shill can be kept from screwing something important up.

He’s met all my expectations as a president…and that ain’t good.

Lemme see: Mali, Algeria, and Libya, all three of which threaten to suck us in, considering the number of American deaths so far. Syria, ditto, although no American deaths yet. We are not yet out of Afghanistan (boy, is THAT going to be fun, trying to disengage from that bungled bit of sewage without massive attacks on our retreating army), nor are we completely out of Iraq, as we still have “advisors” there. Iran will have nuclear capability anytime from now until next year, and they don’t seem shy about using that fact as a threat. The entire Middle East hates us (with the possible exception of Israel, except that the current administration seems intent on changing that).

Let’s forget about the Middle East and North Africa for a moment. Let’s look at other parts of the world. China and Japan are rattling nuclear sabers rather loudly at each other. Argentina wants another beating from the UK. India and Pakistan are just waiting for somebody else to start something so they can start nuking each other. North Korea needs to nuke SOMEBODY, just so people won’t notice all their starving millions. Venezuela could easily set fire to large parts of South America if they finally admit that Chavez is a rotting corpse, and who knows if that will set off the cartels in Central America and Mexico.

War doesn’t end. It just goes to sleep here and there before it starts up again.

What a shame for Ms. Fey to have her life of elite privelige interrupted by people who enjoy her third-rate comedy. If I ever sat near her at a restaurant, I might instead be inclined to tell her to go choke on a big hairy one. But she probably gets that a lot, too.

Exactly, I’ve been wondering where the “Code Pinko’s” have been since Obummer became president 4 years ago…especially since Obummer has been killing many terrorists (including an American citizen) without the habeas corpus rights they screamed terrorists were being denied (which was and is a crock BS argument) throughout the Bush years!
