So, I see that Gov, Romney was proven right once again. When is some/anyone going to call the beltway or the MSM on ther laughter and ridicule of his debate point. Every day we learn more and more that Mali is indeed a place to weep over. Every day we learn more and more about the prostitution ring run by the MSM for their pimp Obama.

As for those who say US or UK special forces (like Steyn)would have been more effective I have my doubts. This was a very big industrial complex with many places to hide plus potentially 600 hostages, some of them with bombs around their necks. Even US,UK or Israeli special forces could not have ended the incident without some fatalities amongst the hostages and negotiation would have dragged on, giving maximum publicity to the terrorists who thrive on this type of PR. Instead most of them appear to be dead and the message has gone out that if you try hostage taking in Algeria you will die fairly quickly and not be given the mark of semi legitimacy produced by negotiation.

Seems quite a sensible policy in my opinion…

If you mean the AP report from the Drudge link, they are saying 23 died which they take to be everyone, but the number of foreign hostages was 107. The new math?
