The good news…liberals are self-destructing in the northeast and northwest. They reek havoc on themselves and then go to the polls and…wait for it…vote for liberals. Once those areas of the country implode, perhaps there will be an opportunity to save what’s left of the country.

I also wonder how much readership of the Journal News fell off as a direct result of their stunt, and how much an influence that had in their attempt to say, “Mission accomplished!”

I don’t know how else to read the first paragraph except as an accusation that if you own a gun, however lawfully and however clean your record is, then you’re inherently dangerous or at least more dangerous than the average joe

Given that you can’t legally buy a gun with a felony conviction, and that getting a concealed carry license generally requires staying out of any trouble with the law….

… Wouldn’t this map actually be a good guide to the homes of people with above average moral character?

All of these people that work at this newspaper, and their families and the families of anyone who owns this newspaper should experience this artifact first-hand, up-close and personal.

Quite likely, and they have more ability to deliver on said threats than private citizens. If they perceive those moonbats to have seriously endangered and/or killed their fellow LEO’s because of some idiot stunt, they are in very real danger of ‘disappearing’.

Because, ya know, not everyone who doesn’t own a firearm doesn’t do so for political reasons. That big ‘empty’ spot in the middle of all the owners could well be something like a nursing home…and guess where all the local crooks are going to descent after reading that map.

They took a poorly calculated risk to punish law abiding citizens for the actions of those those who are not law abiding. That poor decision, like most poor decisions liberals make, backfired. They overestimated the idea that those on the left would vindicate them for this poor decision and underestimated how serious real Americans are when it comes to defending their Second Amendment rights when domestic enemies threaten to take them away.

These bad miscalculations on their part forced them to expose their own hypocrisy (and with a little help from the esteemed James O’Keefe) and use the very guns they proclaimed to detest, for their own personal safety. It also brought about a teachable moment through irony, when suddenly their own personal information was made available on the web.

This was a win for the Second Amendment and real Americans who support the Constitution that our forefathers fought for, died for, and entrusted us to carry forward. As is the case when liberals make poor decisions, in defeat, they seek to rewrite history to alter the perception that their defeat was a victory.

This should also be a teachable moment for democrats in the legislative branch as well as Obama himself. Know your limits and pick your fights carefully. You’ve pushed and pushed and pushed. Now might be a good time for reflection, before you make a very bad decision that will have far reaching consequences beyond anything you may have imagined.

Hadn’t the parents already made that value judgement when they decided to protect their children by arming themselves? Who are these stupid people who risk the lives of others without thinking of unintended consequences that would actually endanger their children? These people are cowards hiding behind the protection of the first amendment at the expense of another. They should be stripped of their right to have armed protection if they so fervently believe in gun control and have their names published in perpetuity. If I were a judge I would order it be done.

I’ve never understood this part of this whole thing. I can understand the “privacy” aspect of it, but not the “intimidation” aspect of it. I’ve got NRA stickers on the back of my car and one on my front porch window greeting everyone who darkens my doorway. Having a firearm isn’t shameful, it’s quintessentially American. I’m proud of American gun manufactures.

Guns are a danger to visiting chlluns. Post the address of people owning dangerous snow blowers, ATVs and chain saws. Kids can be damaged from these.
