And, this is important… We need ‘motor fuel’. Gasoline is ONE ‘motor fuel’. Only one.

But, answer me honestly… If your tank is filled with something other than petrochemicals, do you really care as long as your Maserati/Hummer/Taurus/Yaris fires up on a cold morning, blasts you along to your destination, and doesn’t damage your engine in the process?

I invite you to do a quick look at ‘biobutanol’, a “biomass*”-produced alcohol with power similar to gasoline, fewer problems with corrosion AND (weirdly) investments by BP and Dupont, and even more strangely, lacking in ‘governmental investments’.

*Biomass = Manure(Hello feedlots! Need a revenue source?), grass clippings, woodchips, organic elements from human trash, etc., as well as anything surplus (sorghum, soy beans, beets), where the price has dropped too low for farmers to make a buck…

Don’t let the stupidity, cupidity and outright criminality of the present administration taint your view of ‘alternative fuels’.

Personally, I think all of this is a money laundering scam. The funds get laundered through these phony businesses like Solyndra, and wind up in the coffers of Democrat campaigns.

Nancy Pelosi’s son is on the board of directors and is heavily invested in a El Segungdo Ca. based company (CERP) that has developed making biodegradable plastics out of algae.

I’m sure this has nothing to do with it.

I’d sure like to see who it is that are getting the grants and loans, ’cause they’re likely to be the same people as the last go around.

And don’t go looking at the names on the forms. Look at who the investors are.

Now that you can’t buy soap that works thanks to the EPA, the DoEnergy is funding ways to grow algae.
