O BOY!!! I mean, I got 10 cent raises the last 3 years …. so i guess these guys deserve it right? Never mind that extra 40 cents a week really helps offset the rising cost of food, gas and all that other fun stuff…

Most of us have seen our paycheck shrink considerably in the last four years, when we can get work. The aristocracy doesn’t give a crap. We are just some abstract concept to them.

In the past, when operating my own business, I was able to earn $55,000 in one year. Could have been more if I worked real hard. Life was good then.

Work in this industry is drying up. One of the reasons is that many companies are sending work overseas to India and soon, probably to the Philippines because its cheaper. I’ve had to close my business and now work for one of the big national companies. They’ve taken away paid holidays and right before Christmas this year, I’ve had to take an approximately 30% pay cut. I now will be lucky to earn $28,000 a year for full-time work. Yeah, I’m probably a chump for staying in it but tell me, how do I find another job at this stage of my life? I’m 54 and don’t have a college degree. Everything I know has been achieved through independent learning and life experience, with 24 college credits along the way and that’s only because an old employer paid for it. I’m going broke fast, living on my retirement fund. Job applications these days seem to be only conducted online and they won’t even look at you if you don’t have a Bachelors or similar.

So yeah, this really pisses me off.

Okay, what word would you use? “Appearance” is too big a word for the morons who have recently been branded low-information voters to understand and takes too characters when you are communicating in 140 characters or less.

You’re a major league pitcher with a 1-19 won/loss record and an 8.75 ERA. Or an elementary schoolteacher and 90% of your students have failed every subject. Or maybe a surgeon and most of your patients have died on the table. You know what you deserve? A RAISE. That’s how they do it in DC. Yes indeedy, while Americans have seen household incomes drop over 10% & tens of millions can’t find work, Obama Claus just gave Biden & Congress a raise. But hey, it’s hard work scheming tax hikes, destroying our healthcare, running trillion dollar deficits & ignoring our Constitution.

Since Obama took office, he has hired 101 Federal workers EVERY BLOODY DAY and now they get a raise. Meanwhile, middle class families have been clobbered under the Obama wreckovery. Since 2009, the middle 20% of American households have seen their average incomes drop 4%. In 2011 alone, they fell 1.7%. The poorest 20% have fared even worse under Obama. Don’t take my word for it either. Obama’s recovery has been of the top 10%, for the top 10%, and by the top 1%, according to no less than the Progressive Pygmy, Robert Reeeeeiicccch.

Whose Recovery?

The top 1 percent got 45 percent of Clinton-era economic growth, and 65 percent of the economic growth during the Bush era.

According to an analysis of tax returns by Emmanuel Saez and Thomas Piketty, the top 1 percent pocketed 93 percent of the gains in 2010. 37 percent of the gains went to the top one-tenth of one percent. No one below the richest 10 percent saw any gain at all.

In fact, most of the bottom 90 percent have lost ground. Their average adjusted gross income was $29,840 in 2010. That’s down $127 from 2009, and down $4,843 from 2000 (all adjusted for inflation).

Now, when you are finished beating that dead, populist horse, please ring up President Obama and tell him to take care of this BECAUSE IT IS JUST NOT “FAIR”!!!

A new report just out from the Internal Revenue Service reveals that 36 of President Obama’s executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes.

These people working for Mr. Fair Share apparently haven’t paid any share, let alone their fair share.

Previous reports have shown how well-paid Obama’s White House staff is, with 457 aides pulling down more than $37 million last year. That’s up seven workers and nearly $4 million from the Bush administration’s last year.

Nearly one-third of Obama’s aides make more than $100,000 with 21 being paid the top White House salary of $172,200, each.

The IRS’ 2010 delinquent tax revelations come as part of a required annual agency report on federal employees’ tax compliance. Turns out, an awful lot of folks being paid by taxpayers are not paying their own income taxes.

The report finds that thousands of federal employees owe the country more than $3.4 billion in back taxes. That’s up 3% in the past year.
