I think if you take their word that there is no conspiracy here, then what you have is employees that should be fired. They are obviously the most incompetent employees possible, in a country that has many many many good experienced workers, at home sitting idle. That is what happens when you have to take the next person on the list and can’t hire someone actually qualified.

In a country with an unemployment rate like this, no one should EVER have to keep a worker who is not worth their salt, and that is you and me, the taxpayer too.

President Obama uses federal hiring as a welfare program, it is time to demand accountability from the nations government workers.
