It’s the same reaction I have when Jeremy Clarkson is always nattering on about how “we” won WWII – referring tot he Brits. You were “winning” it by successfully running away a LOT, until we and the Russians showed up.

I don’t think it’s right to deport someone for holding an opinion. It’s not as if he were advocating violent overthrow of the government. I own guns and believe that the 2nd Amendment protects my right to own them, but my response to Morgan’s opinions is that I don’t watch his show or bother to read his squawking. ‘Tis a tale told by an idiot, signifying nothing. He follows liberal opinion, but hardly leads it.

The bigger question is why does anybody watch Piers Morgan or for that matter CNN anymore? I removed CNN, HLN and MSNBC from my direct TV system prefs ages ago.

Further, citizen or not, Morgan is ostensibly part of the media. If the day has actually arrived when the United States government starts shipping journalists out of the country (even if we’re stretching the definition a bit here) then we’ve got a real problem.

In the case of this squirt, Morgan, they ought to make him get better hair. I find it offensive. Perhaps with better hair, he would remember he is a guest, not a citizen.

Sometimes folk who have hangups, inadequacies etc, cover their insecurities by lashing out at innocent bystanders.

Jazz seems to have an innate talent for ignoring the elephant in whatever room he’s standing in.
The (counter)point to Piers’ whinge is that it is the very 2nd Amendment right Piers is incessantly attacking which guarantees the 1st Amendment right he uses to attack it. His ‘free speech rights’ don’t come FROM the government, they exist DESPITE the government. And that totalitarian statist sack of shit is too ignorant – like so many of our own public-school-indoctrinated citizens – to realize it.
And Jazz again demonstrates he really doesn’t have a clue about the crux and depth of the entire 2nd Amendment issue. It underpins everything in this nation. It is what has – until now – kept progressive-totalitarian egoists in check. It’s why they’ve worked so hard the last 100yrs to undermine that fundamental right. They cannot quench freedom and liberty and self-determination in this nation without first disarming its citizens. And armed man is a citizen. A disarmed man is a SUBJECT. Has the WH responded to the Death Star petition yet? And yes it is stupid but putting silly petitions like the Death Star or deporting Piers Morgan really exposes how vapid the Obama administration is. Mockery is an effective weapon much more effective than getting angry. The meaningless petition to deport Piers Morgan has caused him to blow a gasket. If I was a conservative activist, I’d flood the site with really dumb petitions and get them to 25,000 signatures.. Perhaps one demanding unicorns would be in order. Whoever thought of the Death Star petition is a political genius… And since it was a joke, you bet it wasn’t an Obama cultist.;
