Just like they pacified Afghanistan.

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime.

You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.

I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.

I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.

I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.

We, the people, deserve better than you.

I’m praying it never comes to that fork in the road. We’ve got enough war on terror vets I’d like to bet they wouldn’t.
But I just don’t know anymore.
I’m getting to the point where it’s hard to trust any of my fellow Americans anymore.

The fact that they can even seriously contemplate confiscating property from a third of the adult populace indicates that the Federal government has become far to powerful.

Most of it needs to be shut down, and its powers dramatically curtailed, or we are going to have another Reich on our hands.

Now on this ranch in SW ND we own & operate, we could live without electricity & stuff. It wouldn’t be easy, but I know how to & have done it on occasion.
But the real problem we in rural communities will face, if such a situation ever arises, is the armed people coming to take our stuff.
I’ve got 20+ horses & we’ll just say a lot of cows, at least 4 times the national herd size avg.
And I’m not sure how just the hubby & I will be able to defend all of this ourselves.
We’d be fine while the cities are burned & destroyed.
But when things move to the outlier areas, we will all be fracked.
I can produce beef with no modern technology.
That isn’t the problem.

There is an amazing (and startling) statistic out of Iraq and Afghanistan: the United States has fired an estimated 250,000 for every insurgent killed. The U.S. is going through so much ammo that manufacturers are struggling to keep up.

Looks like a 10rd mag is going to come up a little short.

All this gun ban noise has nothing to do with public safety, and everything to do with exploiting a crisis to attack their enemies. The “national conversation” is a big lie. That’s why facts don’t matter, that’s why consequences don’t matter, that’s why history doesn’t matter, and ultimately that’s why those poor children don’t matter to these animals. They are deranged and dangerous and are attempting to perpetrate a great crime on US Citizens.

I think the Left way over estimates their whack on this one. Now there is way more thought available beyond the MSM twaddle of saying something often enough and loud enough you win the day.

Again, I can trace the fantasy to revealed religion, including political ideologies. Just by making a law, you can make it so. In international law, if you declare a blockade you have to have ability to make it stick. Here we have gun free zones with no means of enforcement.

Of course y’all will be okay. Are you on a major highway? City folks ain’t real bright when it comes to what to look for. Their numbers will be greatly reduced by the time they find the “out of the way” places.

If it comes to a confrontation between the cities and the country, the cities will loose, badly.

The cities will run out of food very quickly. Farmers will be eating eggs, chicken, pork, beef, varmints and many other food animals. City folk will be eating rats, pigeons, bugs and each other.

It’ll take time. But when we run out of bullets, they’ll have the tyrannical armed Federal & perhaps State governments come & confiscate our stuff.
The govt has satellites to find us. I can look at Goggle Earth & almost count everything on my property.
They know what we’ve got.
Which is why I refuse to fill out the Agriculture Census.
At least they’ll have to count the old fashioned way instead of me giving them everything.

Farmers can provide for themselves just fine, without electricity.

They’ll have to go back to windmills for waterpumps, and outhouses instead of an inside toilet.

But by using hand-tools, they can easily produce enough to support their own family. It will be a big “standard of living” drop, but they can live without refridgeration, if need be.

They only need electricity and tractors to mass produce for the rest of us.
