Speaking of smoking…my husband is an obese smoker. i’ve informed him that I’ll buy him something …special for Christmas if he quits. Cold turkey. If he refuses to quit-I’ll be sleeping entirely in oversized tees and work-out capris.
Motivation is a good thing.

In regards to your name, it was more because you always post as if you live up in Canada(correct?) and the Mad Trapper is such a legend up that way. If you don’t know about hime you should look him up, very interesting. “The Mad Trapper of Rat River”

I always notice how you bring great information to the threads thanks for that, but I have to tell you every time I see your name posted it makes me think of “Death Hunt” and the Mad Trapper. I know that he was a fugitive, but as a survivalist, I gotta say his story is one to truly study.

Just trying to help. Confusing “infer” with “imply” does make you look a little dim. I don’t want the impact of your insights diminished because of a usage error common among 10th graders.

For you astronomy nuts, there is a lovely trio of planets in the eastern sky. Venus and Saturn are separated by less than a degree. Mercury is below and to the left, very close to the horizon.

We have two dogs, who recently switched to Alpo when it was all we could get during the hurricane aftermath. Couldn’t help but notice that they absolutely LOVED it. It’s made in the USA and less than half the price of Science Diet.
