H.R. 3590 gives the federal government specific access to individual bank accounts and medical records as provided by that individuals health plan. The government may monitor an individuals finances and medical records electronically, for the purposes of determining an individuals eligibility for certain programs under the bill. They may also monitor an individuals finances and medical records to ascertain whether that individual has health insurance and is making regular premium payments to an approved health insurance plan; this will allow the federal government to determine each individuals financial responsibilities with respect to penalties and fees prior to or at the point of care as outlined in the bill. This clause also gives the government the ability to transfer funds electronically to or from an individuals bank account for the purposes of debiting his/her account for fees and penalties.

No. They’ll use OboobaCare.

You will have to swear that you either have or don’t have weapons in your house, because if you do, you’ll pay a sky-high premium.

If you say no and then shoot yourself or a neighbor or whatever accidentally, there will be little or no coverage, and you’ll go to jail and be fined. And your trial will be highly publicized.

Now remember when they do come to take our guns, they won’t be driving down the street in a van and stopping at all of the houses. They will use the divide and conquer method. I probably shouldn’t be saying this. But, they will drive up to your house in a normal looking car, dressed pretty casual, and serve papers on you to hand over all of your guns; registered and un-registered. And then they will drive over a couple of blocks, out of sight, and knock on the next one’s door. All very low-key and low-profile. That’s my theory.

Once the proggies lock up our system of healthcare, they can use that as another tool to bludgeon you into submission. Doctors will be forced to question you about firearms in your home or vehicles. You answers will affect your health coverage. If you lie to Sebelius, you will be fined.

Guns are already illegal in Mexico…

I wish. It was going up. My Smith & Wesson stock has been down since the election – along with the rest of the stock market. Up a biot today, but I’m currently sitting at about minus $30 on my 100 shares.
