I believe this new formula also says that people only spend 1/7th of their money on food, as opposed to the current government models that say people spend 30% on food.  

SNAP still uses the 30% to calculate how much money families get for food...maybe it is time we update the equations for calculating food stamp eligibility?]]></description>
