Right, because none of the Teh Won’s ideas bear any resemblance at all to FDR.

We won’t have a problem with that, actually.

Not only that but the lines will be shorter, more rides to the polls available and there will be more Pizza.

I personally don’t believe Owe will give a concession speech; but yes, I do believe he will lose. I just can’t envision Owe admitting failure for anything. I think you can also expect the Blind Shek will be on his way home.

But Dems, don’t cry for Owe. He and Moochelle will be moving into a $35 million home on Hawaii.

Romney’s 5 point plan:
1) energy independence on this continent by 2020
2) Trade that works for America.
3) Provide Americans with the skills to succeed through better public schools, better access to higher education, and better retraining programs
4) Cut the deficit, reducing the size of government and getting the national debt under contro
5) Champion small business.

McCain’s 5 point plan in his own words:
1) “We’ll attack — we’ll attack the problem on every front. We’ll produce more energy at home.
2) “I will open new markets to our goods and services.”
3) “Education — education is the civil rights issue of this century. Equal access to public education has been gained, but what is the value of access to a failing school? We need to shake up failed school bureaucracies with competition, empower parents with choice.”
4) “I will cut government spending.”
5) “We all know that keeping taxes low helps small businesses grow and create new jobs.”

Yes! Our president elect is substantially recycling some of the the ideas of McCain. Why their immigration position is identical! /sarc.

But with wrecking the lives of ordinary Americans for ill conceived and ill executed policies, the winner of 2008 is channeling dictators from the 1930s. Oh those people love starving in part time jobs or getting unemployment or disability so we can fight Al Gore’s bogeyman and payoff all the donors and hacks with the stimulus. It is just as the Russian peons really wanted steel mills and fabulous buildings in Moscow while they starved.

Even a corrupt media can do only so much. Otherwise, a media and pop culture darling floating on white guilt and a party with a large advantage in voter registrations would have the election sewed up months ago.

It is sad that the best thing his own backers can say about him is that the challenger is a crook. Or that the community organizer in the phony bomber jacket (like the A2 McCain wore) who will not take questions about four dead Americans is getting us to LEAN FORWARD.

More like “bend over and grab ankles”.

Huh. The “experts” you cite in your article are ONE economist and ONE policy advocate.

Actual experts know that businesses (and, therefore, the economy) are forward looking. They make their plans on expected conditions. When the future looks bleak (for example, massive new regulatons and health care requirements, to pick a random example), businesses don’t expand, and in fact shrink.

The economy will boom if Romney is elected with enough Senators to repeal Obamacare. That is the single most important issue for job creation. Next will be the reining in of the regulatory attacks on the energy sector. Third is the repeal of Dodd-Frank to free up lending to small businesses.

Obamacare, Energy, Lending. These three must be addressed (and I will note that because businesses are forward looking, they will respond when they believe those issues will be addressed, in order to be prepared for when they are actually fixed) in order to get the economy moving.

I just pray that the massive debt we’ve loaded our country down with in the past 4 years hasn’t killed any chance for growth. Debt greater than GDP is VERY bad.

What you and the “expert” economists are discounting is the effect a President Romney will have on consumer and business confidence. I predict a nearly instant impact on the economy. Why?

Pledge to repeal Obamacare. Even if not repealed, President Romney and a GOP controlled House can defund portions of Obamacare. Businesses will begin to hire knowing their health insurance costs aren’t going to continue through the ceiling.

Pledge to approve Keystone Pipeline. We’ll see a sharp drop in gas prices as speculators realize that more oil and gas are going to be available.

Pledge to approve offshore and domestic drilling. Another drop in gas prices for the same reason mentioned above.

Pledge to curtail EPA overreach. Electric and heating costs will drop due to knowing clean coal power plants will get the ok to be built.

Tax rate cuts. Both individuals and businesses will know that their tax rates aren’t going up. Business will begin expanding and hiring. More corporate revenue means more tax revenue, even at a lower tax rate. More people employed expands the tax base, generating more tax revenue, even at a lower tax rate.

In fact, I think we are already seeing the effects of a Romney win tomorrow. Have you looked at gas prices lately? They were over $4.00 here in MI a month ago. Last week they were at $3.20. Why? Several factors, none of which was because of Obama. (1) The switch to the winter blend, which is about 10% cheaper to produce. (2) Additional supply. (3) The biggest reason: Speculators are anticipating a Romney victory and know that additional oil resources will be coming to the market. An increase in supply drives down the price.

The Romney win tomorrow will be a huge boost to confidence and to the economy.

Look at it this way: To whom would you rather trust with the economic turnaround? A totally inexperienced executive who believes in wealth redistribution. Who has rung up $5 tillion in additional debt. Who has wasted our tax dollars on a stimulus that didn’t create jobs and who gave billions to donors owning failing businesses. Or, an experienced executive who specializes in turnarounds? Whose business was helping struggling businesses get on their feet and become successful. Who turned the 2002 Winter Olympics from a money-loser to a profit maker. Who has actually run several very successful businesses.

Don’t kid yourself. The US Government is a business. The largest business in the world. We have seen, in the past four years, what happens when you “hire” someone with zero executive skills to run the largest business in the world. Annual $1 tillion dollar deficits; 15%+ real unemployment; millions more on Food Stamps; decrease in family net worth; downgrade of the nation’s credit rating; Crony capitalism with billions going to donors and friends with no chance of any return on the investment. In the corporate world, Obama would have been let go years ago.

The evidence is clear. In the words of Donald Trump, tomorrow we need to tell Barack Obama: “YOUR FIRED”.
