Bush had to deal with 9/11 and Katrina, respectively the worst attack and the worst natural disaster in our history. (Both of these, surprisingly, had some effect on the economy).

But, in fairness, Obama has had to deal with a much greater, probably insurmountable obstacle: his own incompetence.

If governing the country is so challenging for Obama perhaps he needs to be replaced. It’s been obvious from the beginning that the Presidency was just too much for him. I would suggest a nice quiet job heading up one of those foundations that just raises money to support itself. I think he would be a good fit.

So what is the Problem to Golf Round ratio?

1:30? 1:20? My guess is somewhere between those two with 100+ golf games in just four years.

Meanwhile W had problems cracking into double digits what with 9/11, the tech bubble implosion, OEF, OIF, Katrina, housing bubble implosion, stock market crash… actually, by the end, he should have played more golf and not concentrated on ‘breaking the system to save it’ so that he wouldn’t have time to do just that. Mind you the system needed a cleaning out, not ‘saving’, and more golf is just the remedy for that: let the rule of law run its course equally.

No one on the Left will ever point this sort of stuff out. They love cronyism and hypocrisy is their life-blood. Of ethics and morals, there are none, and if not for double standards they would lack any, as well.
