How does FNC do it? As anyone left of “moderate” what they think about FNC and you’ll get a five-minute “Faux News” rant. Yet, they always crush the competition on these big news events. It could be that the right congregates on the same channel or it could be that some of those FNC haters secretly watch.

Anyone left of “moderate” has a lot of choices when watching news. Tends to reduce individual numbers.
Anyone “moderate” or right of it has only one choice.
We are forced to consolidate to one source.

It is funny that networks and other cable outlets have a problem understanding this.

Fox News was the most-watched cable news network during the debate, and will likely be the most-watched network on TV, though final broadcast numbers will not be released until after 4 PM.

I don’t think Romney’s performance was that great. I don’t recall anything memorable he said. Romney looked good because Obama stunk.

Nice diatribe, but the simple fact remains that for the average voter, a decline in the unemployment rate is good news, and if the jobs added number is over 100,000, it will play very well for Obama.

As always, I deal in what IS and not what SHOULD BE.

Typical liberal Marxist…the idiots that will vote for us are too stupid to know we are losing hundreds of thousands of people from the workforce every month and that is why the unemployment number is going down, not because we are actually creating jobs…all they really want is a phone…

If Illinois is close on election night = blowout in the rest of the country.

I believe Obamuh could lose IL. In 2010, 99 of 102 counties voted red and Kirk got enough votes outside of Cook Cty to win the senate seat, while Quinn eeked out the gov win bcuz of Cook Cty. And 11 of the 18 Cong districts went red, with 6 of the 7 blue ones in Cook Cty, the other in so IL by St. Louis. So if red turnout is high we could defeat the messiah and that would really mean a blowout.

Actually, first thing I thought of was Foreman – Frazier & Howard Cosell’s call:

How about this poll from We Ask America, taken in the Illinois 10th Congressional District. From Breitbart.com (emphasis mine):

A new poll of Illinois’ 10th Congressional District, which includes parts of Cook County, however, suggests the August poll might not be such an aberration. The poll, from WeAskAmerica, finds Obama with just a 2 point lead over Romney, 47-45 in the suburban district. Obama won the district in 2008 by 23 points.

If I was given the power to write President Romney’s remarks, and his jokes, his first White House Correspondence Dinner, I’d have most of those filthy toads squirming in their chairs… except for the ones who’d walked out during his opening remarks…) who were lucky enough to get a part time job waiting tables for the event.
