Back in February I sent Congress a plan to give every responsible homeowner the chance to save about $3,000 a year on their mortgages by refinancing at lower rates….

…. Last week, mortgage rates were at historic lows.

What Obama does not realize is that “being cool’ is fleeting…and after 20 January he’ll most likely not be invited back to The View, nor will Jay Z and Beyonce return his phone calls.

All his pals, well, once Obama is no longer in Office, and no longer has influence, anywhere, his “pals” will gravitate to the next contender…and Obama will slip into obscurity.

Gonna be fun to watch.

Yeah, Obama will have a brief run as a “martyr” because the first half-black President was kicked out of office not because of his cataclysmic and abysmal record but because of RAAAAACISM!

Then he will be dropped as a “loser” like Carter was. Carter’s only relevancy in the 1980′s was Habitat for Humanity (a good thing and where he should have stayed). He didn’t become relevant again until the 1990′s when Clinton became President and he started meddling in foreign policy.

…Obama received 17 parking tickets in Cambridge between 1988 and 1991, mostly for parking in a bus stop, parking without a resident permit and failing to pay the meter, records from the Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation office show.

…Jen Psaki, a spokeswoman for the Obama campaign, dismissed the tickets as not relevant.

“He didn’t owe that much and what he did owe, he paid,” Psaki said on Wednesday. “Many people have parking tickets and late fees. All the parking tickets and late fees were paid in full.”

No, I never heard about it, either.

I’m a little confused. We’ve refinanced our mortgage a number of times over the years to take advantage of lower interest rates (bought our house at 9.9%). Am I missing something? Why do we need the President to submit a plan to congress to vote on?

Really NYT???? Seriously? You’ve delved into Obama’s background? It’s bad enough that they won’t do their job, but they have to brag that they are doing it, when they aren’t?

LOL! I hate to admit it, but you are right.

My question: Has this guy ever gotten emotional about anything besides the Cambridge Police?

One of my friends went into deep thought about this guy and concluded that not only couldn’t he govern and act (like responding to our suffering and tragedies) the way he does unless he was contemptuous of, and hated this nation but he couldn’t even present the appearance he does without such attitudes and emotions.

Fasten your belts and hang on for the coming “flexibility”.

The man is a scholar of our Constitution and former professor, the fact that he was not ‘raised’ an American is racist clap-tap.

There is no discernible proof that Obama is a scholar of our Constitution. In fact there is a more compelling case that he has absolute familiarity with the Communist Manifesto and the practices of third-world dictatorships not unlike the ones the rat-eared coward spent his youth.

Maybe I’m missing something, but what’s stopping people from picking up the phone and going after those lower mortgage rates…on their own! Why do they need government help?
