It may be also worth adding an update to point out to anti-abortion voters that his vote on the sanctity of life act does not necessarily mean he is for the “rape, incest, and health” exception, which many of them see as a cop out due to see the ending of unborn as wrong in all cases.

That fact is fairly obvious if you read the article, but if someone was just scanning the headline…

To be fair, our jug-eared tyrant never voted in support of no care for those infants surviving a botched abortion. That would take a level of political courage not yet demonstrated by the worthless vile bastard infesting the Presidency. He voted present.

Which, of course, is worse because it shows that Obama was unwilling to even commit or not to something as basic as the life and death of a helpless baby.
