Is she actually saying that if someone makes an unsubstantiated charge to you and you broadcast it while crediting them, you’ve been strictly “factual” because they did, in fact, say what you said they said? Hello?

It’s a perfect example of the “Common Knowledge”(TM) technique that liberals love to use to “prove” anything from The Coming Ice Age Global Warming Climate Change to the “fact” that Romney is a tax cheat.

It’s a variation of the “Big Lie” method — get enough people to say the same thing again and again, and the weak-minded (i.e., the donk base) and the intellectually dishonest (i.e., the donk media) will eventually accept the allegations as being true: “Everybody knows” that Romney didn’t pay taxes for 10 years, because “They keep saying it, so it must be true.”

Recall Al Gore’s projection of this methodology onto Fox News and the Republicans with his “zeitgeist” comment: “And pretty soon, they’ll [FNC and the RNC] start baiting the mainstream media for allegedly ignoring the story they’ve pushed into the zeitgeist.”

Remember, if you’re a liberal then you operate by a number of catechisms, including:

1. Glibness = intelligence;
2. Passion = persuasiveness;
3. Insinuation and innuendo = evidence; and
4. Repetition = truth.

What Reid and Pelosi are doing at the behest of the White House is nothing new when it comes to how liberals operate.

mitt romney’s battle flag is a wind sock. he’ll go the way the wind takes him. he’ll tell us what he thinks we want to hear to get him to vote for him. and then once in office he will do more damage than obama ever did. because then most us will be ASLEEP, thinking our guy is at the helm!

Wayne Allen Root has it right. The Obama scandal is at Columbia and Romney should demand to see those transcripts. HAers right, again.

Should Obama publicly distance himself from Reid’s allegations, he would be going as far as any Republican did during the birther controversy.

And Reid, an ultimate loyalist, benefited mightily from Obama’s aggressive effort in 2010 to help the majority leader pull off a hard-fought reelection battle many thought he had no chance of winning.

This is what worries me about the upcoming election. If Zero can pull this off for Dingy, maybe he can do it for himself, too.

Get a Republican Senator to go on the floor and announce that they’ve been told by a really good but super secret source that Obama is borderline retarded and that he never got better than a C- while attending Occidental, Columbia and Harvard. That Harvard’s faculty still laugh and refer to the “Obama curve” to describe how they really have to skew the grades to lift the less gifted students to marginally acceptable levels.

Please come out to where your words are legally actionable via lawsuit, and you can give hints that you have knowledge that needs to be seen by proper authorities… and that your obtaining of them and breach of privacy is, itself, actionable as a result.

A cowards slurs and slanders amidst absolute protection.

If you have trust, faith and conviction of what you said inside the Senate Chambers, then it would be an act of devotion to your duty as a Senator, upholding your Oath to the Constitution, to come out and say these things in public where your words can be judged and held accountable by those you impugn. Come on out, Sen. Reid, and play out in the sunshine… if you have the courage of your convictions, that is.
