Of course the officials are drafting new laws and regulations and every one of those new laws and regulations will need a government office staffed with federal and state employees to mandate those laws, all the time denying the fact that they are growing the government. The health law has almost nothing to do with health but volumes of laws and regulations that we were warned about all through this making of the law. The GOP base is now aware of some of the beauty of this nightmare and would like to trim here and there while lieing to us about getting rid of the entire law. Wake up!

Who is shocked to see 16,500 new IRS agents hired to enforce the buying of an insurance policy?? While they are at it they will be collecting all the hidden taxes tucked away in the law: Tanning beds, Medical devices, 3.8% Medicare tax on real estate, penalties, interest, etc.!!! We ain’t seen nothing yet!! It will have a new stealth tax code unto itself!! Repeal or we are doomed!!

I have a problem with the process… I think every rule and reg should be written into the law itself and congress should read the regs. These bureaucrats were not elected and they can pretty much put whatever they want to in the law. As conservatives we should demand that the regulations are written by conservative law makers.

The big problem is that most members of congress are just plain lazy.

The trouble is not just this health care system is incompetent, economically draining,dictatorial and subject to multi-billions in fraudulent claims but that it will add hundreds of thousands of useless, overpaid bureaucrats (not doctors) to the program whose sole function it will be to deny coverage to to those who need it and allow participation by the politically connected and cronies and relatives.

Aaalrighty then…where can I get a copy? I think this mountain of paper might serve me very well at my local polling place on election day. This should be the very last thing a voter sees before they cast their ballot….along with the reminder that this is the new set of rules and regs that just became attached to all your healthcare concerns.

Why look right here on page 2243, it says any employee who wishes to opt out of payroll withholding merely has to sign a form. I think ADP has a online form for that.

Hot Air needs to be more effective in its imagery. Anyone who has ever worked in an office knows that stack of paper is maybe 2000 or 2500 pages. To use this as an image of something with 13,000 pages is like comparing the Titanic to a tugboat.
