LOL so hard at the fools proposing self-caricatures like Sarah Palin and Ann Coulter. Get out of your So-Con echo chamber social circles once in awhile. One of those jokes being on the ticket would be comparable to the d’s running DW Schultz or Markos Moulitsas as their VP candidate. Nobody but their (minority) radical fans can even stand those shrill kooks.

Even a kookoo is right once in a while...

At least Sarah would have one heck of a fanbase, though. Annthrax Coulter jumped the shark long ago with any right-winger who wasn't a chickenhawk lunatic with a Crusader fantasy, and again just recently.

It would be so freaking rich if Schults or Mouldysass got put in the VP slot...Obama himself would have competition for the title of "loud, stupid, arrogant, and proud of it."

Supposedly Mitt’s boathouse is worth something like $600,000+ dollars. A boathouse on the other side of the lake sold a couple of years ago and was valued at $1.2 million.

And Mitt’s summer home is an outhouse compared to the mansions his friends the Marriotts own further up-lake. Ironically they sold him the land where he built his current house.

So you sneer at success? How many people do those evil Marriots employ. Bet it’s far more than a loser like you.

I think Del was just being entertaining, giving us a little travelogue snapshot of a place he knows, but most of us have never been to. The Lake properties sound fabulous!

Whoever mentioned Ann Coulter as Press Secretary for Romney ... I'd make sure to tune in virtually all press conferences just to see her rip the DC Press Corps to shreds.

The alternative problem, though, is that at the same time we are trying our damnedest to get rid of Obama and his band of Merry Marxists in the Senate and House, we also have to figure a way to neutralize the Fifth Column Treasonous Media. They need to be incapacitated in such a way that they never recover.

It surprises me that Mrs. Romney would be so, if I may say it, inept as to say her husband is out to figuratively “kill the other guy.” As sometimes we wonder whether Romney doesn’t really care that much about winning, and that he thinks that he can win without seriously knocking down the other guy (which is the key to winning in this case), so we are at least overjoyed that he wants to knock the other guy..

But you don’t trumpet this point publicly, that’s common sense.

Firstly, I think Mrs. Romney has it exactly right on Obama’s core campaign strategy:

“I feel like all he’s((OBAMA)) doing is saying, ‘Let’s kill this guy,” she said, seated next to her husband… “And I feel like that’s not really a very good campaign policy. …

I did some changes for your enjoyment.

LOL so hard at the fools proposing self-caricatures like Sarah Palin and Ann Coulter. Get out of your So-Con echo chamber social circles once in awhile. One of those jokes being on the ticket would be comparable to the d's running DW Schultz or Markos Moulitsas as their VP candidate. Nobody but their (minority) radical fans can even stand those shrill kooks.

It'll be interesting and telling to see who the Flopney clique anoints as their leader's lil helper. A bland, churchgoing, social-conservative, fiscal liberal will be what Romney wants. Who is dependent on him for their position already. (Nikki Haley, Kelly Ayotte). Flopney is a hardcore backroom deals and quid-pro-quo kind of operator. He'll definitely appoint big-government DC insiders who have idiotic cult followings, as a cheap way to buy the lower-intelligence/info but passionate n angry wing of the party. I have to confess to looking up the word proggies. I don’t have tv. I do drive a GMC diesel truck, one of the nicest I’ve ever driven. Allison transmission, izuzu diesel, and all the creature comforts of a Cadillac. It is great for towing and 4 wheel takes it most anywhere I go. Plus it has a killer Bose sound system. I love it. I do wish it wasn’t a Government truck, so there’s that.

I think many, many people beyond the Republican base, conservatives, and Tea party Independents realize this - even some people of the "old" Left - that what's in store for America if Obama is reelected. In that sense Romney is the perfect candidate.

so a lady may very well be an option as much

I take slight issue with this. I remember my mom's generation; most did not work; many did not drive and stayed at home and doted on their husbands (1st) and children (2nd). Women just took whatever their life gave them. Divorce was not generally accepted.

Females were mostly secretaries, stewardesses and
waitresses. Few owned businesses. Few owned their own homes;
in fact, it was very difficult to get a mortgage if one did not
have a husband. A lady was a "good girl", a gal of gentility
and refinement.

My mother is still alive so it wasn't that long ago.

In the past few decades much has changed. Females fought a lengthy battle to have the privilege of a career and some
equality.

I think the term "lady" does not apply to a female vice president.
"Woman" or "female" would be more appropriate. Just sayin!
