They will rue the day that strategy was undertaken.

The simple facts are this. It is very likely Mr. Holder had knowledge of or actively participated in planning an operation that deliberately and illegally put guns into the hands of drug cartels. Those guns killed Mr. Terry and Mr Zapata, US citizens and BP Agents. Why else would he not turn over the documents.

Furthermore, Mr. Holder is most-likely concealing evidence that knowledge of this operation existed and/or may have been approved at the highest levels of our government, including potentially Mr. Obama.

They are also potentially concealing the reasoning behind their decision to approved this operation, which may indeed be both nefarious and political.

By the way, where is our press in all of this? If it were a Republican we would have reports from “Deep Throat” by now. But I digress as such is the sad state of so-called “journalists”.

This should go to the wire and I sure hope Issa does not cut a deal. There is much more we should know about this, especially for the murdered American citizens families.

Update: Right on cue, via Newsbusters, there’s an MSNBC contributor insisting that the GOP is the loser in all this, not Obama and Holder.

That’s because – true to form, the GOP hasn’t done a damn thing that is substantive on this.

Nothing at all will happen now until well after the election – and if Willard McDole wins – this whole thing will be dropped and Obama will simply give Holder a Presidential pardon – or whatever it’s called – to keep Holder from ever being prosecuted.

Kabooki theater – just like Greece. We all know it’s going to collapse – it’s just a matter of when so who cares who won that election? And we all know NOTHING is ever going to be done about F&F – and all of this is just hyperventilation for votes.

If the GOP is serious – why did the House not act sooner on this? Why hasn’t the house pulled funding for the BATF and other parts of the Justice Department involved in this?

Hell – kill all funding to the BATF and the Justice Department until they become law-abiding agencies again. These are lawless agencies and the GOP WILL NOT use every tool at their disposal to bring them into compliance.

This makes the GOP just as complicit in this unconstitutional mess as Obama is. When you tolerate a crime – you become a conspirator in the crime.
