I’ve said plenty against Obama, ObamaCare, SEIU, the Democrat party; I’ve said plenty in over 3 years against the state-controlled media; said plenty in support of the Arizona immigration law and for upholding existing immigration law in general, although I do recognize the constitutional problems raised by the Arizona law; said plenty in defense of the pro-life position. George Romney was a Civil Right’s advocate and he was called a “progressive” on civil rights. There is a huge chasm between his “progressive” ideas and today’s “progressives” who are represented by the far left (like George Soros who is nothing like either Romney, but never the less ddrintn made the comparison as if there is some moral equivalency). Fwiw, I disagree with some of George Romney’s “progressive” policies but his civil rights advocacy is not among them (au contraire). Of course the True Cons here are incapable of separating the wheat from the chaff and are compelled to condemn him in his totality because he was an eeeeevil “progressive” and thus must be consigned to the trash.
