He did do some great things…one thing he didn’t do, and we are dearly paying for it, use his veto pen.
President Bush, and I think he was great, but he over spent, allowed the gov. to over spend and that has hurt us, that was a disaster that could have been averted with some huevos.

Many voted in 2008 with the desire to see racism and racists humiliated by having a qualified black man elected president. Especially after eight years of what was not, and still is not, perceived as a successful presidency.

Well, if it was not somewhat successful, it would not have been 8 years. I am tired of people taking pot shots at Bush, as far as I am concerned he is looking better with every passing day.

I need to shut up but I will pass on this one last thing I figured out. No matter how much you admire any or all commenters here, you will not agree on everything. It’s just not possible. ..got it. (BD seems all right to me. But then again, the dynamics of HA threads swirl and swirl. Shadenfreude and I used to tangle viciously until one day we became the best of friends.)
